The movers were on time and were great. However, their boss Dan was an ******* and an idiot. I moved from the West coast and they were hired to unload my Pod. When we decided that I needed to get a storage unit, we called Dan. It took him an hour and a half to get something to move the items before the storage facility closed. Then, he started texting me at 8 pm that night to release payment and started calling me at 8 am the next morning, less than 24 hours of the services being completed. He sent me completely inappropriate texts and I told him to take a business class and grow a personality. I am an educated business person myself, and have never dealt with a bigger moron. Ih, by the way, I released the payment to Hire a Helper and will get to his invoice some time today, within 24 hours of the services tendered. DO NOT GIVE HIM BUSINESS.......his movers were awesome, through considering they had to deal with him. Hope they find a better employer.

Process could not have gone more smoothly! Communication from confirmation of arrival time to "we will be at your home in 15 minutes" helped to take the stress out of a very stress time! Movers were hard working, polite and obviously experienced in their craft. Highly recommend- I give Five Star Moving 5 stars!

The crew showed up promptly and began work right away. Both individuals were courteous, friendly, and had an excellent attitude. Even though I ordered a POD that was larger than their online calculating tool said was required, we ended up running out of room in the POD. (I ordered a 16 foot POD). Occasionally, there seemed to be some minor confusion regarding how to get a particular object onto the POD efficiently, but in the end, it all seemed to work out. The proof of how safely and securely everything was packed will be revealed in a few months when the POD is unpacked this Fall.

Five Star Moving sent a crew of 4 men to unload a U-Pak trailer packed full! They arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed the job in 3 hours. They took great care with my belongings and were friendly and respectful. I would not hesitate to use them again (but hopefully will never move again!) I will recommend them highly to anyone who asks. They really made my moving day much less stressful! Thank You!!

They showed up on time. They weren't as prepared as I expected. They had difficulty with some furniture and hit some walls which will cause me to do some repairs on the wall. The time was up so they left a mattress and box spring in the garage. Was hoping the movers would have been a little more prepared with equipment needed to move heavy furniture.
