Appt. Confirmed night before at 9:48pm for 10:00am the next morning. At 10:18am received a call from Five Star that they are running a few minutes late and would be at our place no later than 11:00am. At 11:32am they still had not shown up so I attempted to contact them with no success. At 11:34am I contact HireAHelper to cancel the order. At 11:43am I received at call from Five Star saying that they had guys that walked off the job that morning and they where trying to get replacements to handle my job...I advised them based on the delay that I had just cancelled the job...the owner hung up on me! Very Unprofessional Service Related Business would never recommend or use.

The Five Star team (Jason, Jerry, Jamal, Vance) did an excellent job unloading my ABF 28' trailer. They called ahead and let me know they were enroute to the house. They arrived on time and got right to work. The team was hard working, courteous, and careful with my belongings. They even took the necessary time to carefully unload and move my 995lb hot tub. My in-laws will be moving in the near future and I will be calling Five Star Moving to help me with that move.

I am so glad we used this company! From start to finish, they were professional and prompt. The workers were punctual, prepared, and courteous. They worked hard and took good care of our belongings. On time...Great workers.. Personable ...reviewed the extent of the job first...then set to work filling the Pod carefully and economically...really knew what they were doing, exceed expectations, in fact finished a little early and got everything in which surprised us in that there was still room in the Pod fora few more things ...which we took advantage of on the fly. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone! Will ask for them for phase two of our move, depending on what we elect to do.

Amazing moving group! Had a group of 4 show up and did a quick walk through with them all to show all the items. They got right to work and with some grandmaster level of skill they tetrised the **** out of our stuff into the pod. They brought a lot of supplies with them and made the whole process stress free. Never not using movers again and I will use this group as long as I am in KC!

I must say that I was apprehensive to hire help with loading but these men worked harder than any team I've seen work before. They operated as a team and took direction extremely well. They loaded every inch of the truck leaving not an empty spot on the truck or trailer. I would highly recommend this company of experts.

Workers showed up on time and got to work. There seemed to be an issue with which one of the 3 guys was in charge. 2 of the men thought they were and had some difficulty in resolving the matter. A lot of discussion and time wasted in the process. Eventually each one of them did what they thought was right and kind of ignored each others request on how to load the truck. It was a little frustrating on my part to watch as I worked for a moving company many years ago and know the process of what and how to load a moving truck.They did a good job moving my things with little to no damage done. They were very polite with me. I would use them again but I would have a discussion before hand with the owner.
