Horrible service. I live on base. The movers called and stated they didn’t have the registration to the truck they were driving, so they couldn’t get on base. (I don’t understand how you could leave any possible documentation to a working vehicle while driving it) My husband had to drive off base to pick them up and drive back on. Luckily, we still had our uhaul truck at the time because they had 4 hand trucks to bring. That was uncomfortable. Also, the workers had to wait for the guy that dropped them off to come back to the meet up spot. The job was done in 2 hours, so they literally stayed at our house for almost 2 additional hours. They don’t refund you for time not spent on moving. We had multiple scuffs on our walls from carelessness with our items. They were quick movers, but that’s about it.

Hire these guys, they were amazing! They got everything into the pod & I still have room left for more boxes. They were very polite & easy to work with.

Our loaders were cordial, professional, and efficient. We were using two pods with specific items designated for each and they Actively communicated with us throughout the loading process to make sure all items were accounted for correctly. They also took time to show us how they would wrap and protect our larger more damage prone furniture before loading it to ensure we were satisfied. They did a fantastic job and fit way more into the pod than we thought was possible!

I hired 4 people for 2 hours, they were supposed to show up at 10am but never showed up. Kept telling us they would arrive at a certain time but never did, save yourself time, and money. Don’t get them.

You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every move is different, we love repeat customers and enjoy being out in the field !
