I hired A two-man crew and Ron brought six guys which were awesome. They were efficient and worked well and loaded my 16 foot container. I highly recommend these guys!

They were suppose to be here between 9am-10am. After making several calls they finally arrived around 1:30. That caused disaster for the rest of my day. I still had to go clean the house I moved out of before it got dark. Due to their lateness, I was unable to complete my task therefore when my inspection came I was not ready so I did not get my security back.
When they did get here they were very very slow. My 11yr old grandson, my daughter and myself(62yrs) emptied 1/2 of the pod in 1 1/2 hrs while waiting for them. They would carry one small stool. One tote at a time. One of the guys was on the phone the whole time. I had to tell them to step it up. At the rate they were moving I just needed them to get the heavy stuff. The guy on the phone seemed a little annoyed when I told him to step it up. The other was very nice. They did not screw the mirror on the dresser and it almost fell on my grandson. And a piece from under my buffet came off.
So no I was not pleased with the hireahelper experience. I give it half a star because if a different crew came out on time my whole weekend would have turned out better.

Ron and his TEAM were on point. Six TEAM members showed up and hit it out of the park packing and unpacking a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage within 4.5 hours.

No show! Gave me and the team at Hire a helper the run around saying that they called me and rescheduled. That only became their story after HireAHelper’s team and I kept trying to reach them for 3 hours after they blew their arrival window. Based on other 1 star reviews this seems to be a thing they consistently do. The worst!

You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
