I am not satisfied at all. They are suppose to arrived between 9AM-10AM. They arrived at 12:15 PM. Ron called me at 11:47 am that they were on their way. I mentioned to Ron that I want to do the loading first thing in the morning because it normally rain in the afternoon. Most of the time Ron was on the phone while he was working. At one point of time, Ron and one of his guys were no where to be found for almost thirty(30) minutes. One of his guys kept of asking for help to carry stuff out and to do things. How many times he asked me to help him carry things out. to the point that i just told him that is why I hired you to load and pack the rest. One of them keeps to taking a frequent breaks. I mentioned that there is an upright piano to be loaded with the contract. The dolly used to roll the piano broke in the process of moving the piano and there was a big bang! They said it is okay. I have a second though about it. The white Queen Ann sofa was not wrapped at all. At the middle of loading it rained. They did not even cover the thing in the driveway to be loaded. MY chairs got wet and still loaded wet. When the said they were finished, I checked, they forgot the piano bench. It has to go now to a the small POD which is going to a different state from the piano. They showed how they packed the PODS. NOTHING was secured! NO roped around any thing. If the PODS move, things will will be falling down and around. Ron pressured me to give a good rating. I cannot do that. If I am not alone with a little child, I will asked them to leave the house. Things I was promised by Ron over the phone is that, his people are experienced and professional packers and loaders, that they will help packed boxes, they will secure the items with ties/ropes. It appears these are not true. Only was packing boxes and no ties/ropes were used. Some parts of the TV stands and TV were left behind in the house. Tapes were left on the walls, and so hard to take it off. Bubble warps and paper wraps all over the place. A big mess left for packing. This is my fourth(4) moved. THis the worsted! The last moved from the north, years ago..complete 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, basement, kitchen, dishes pots and pans, piano, I 3 packers and loaders.It was done in six(6) hours! It is only prayers now to protect my things. I am praying please not to have scrambled egg when I open the PODS! By the way, only 1 bed was packed. No bedroom sets were packed. I will never recommend or use the services of this packers and loaders.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
