Holy hell, these movers are absolutely amazing. Mike and the team did such a wonderful job. Super fast and packed my pod container so efficiently when I thought I could not fit everything. Highly highly highly recommend.

The movers were excellent!! Professional and efficient. However, they arrived 5 hours late for the job. Was told I would get some sort of discount related to that but the representative for the company never followed through on that. So, happy with the actual movers but not the company.
Unfortunately our guys can normally knock out 3-4 of these 2 hour jobs a day, but on rare days like your the later the job, the more delays that occur.
I know this was a pain in the dump and you have our sincere apology. We are working out ways to prevent this from happening further during the rainy season.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
