Tony and Chris not only showed up early but showed up smiling! And remarkably, they CONTINUED smiling when they saw our 26' truck FULL of (mostly) boxes, and our tiny, narrow staircase!
Even though I booked them for only two hours (I thought I had asked for three - whoops) they stayed for FOUR to make sure our truck was completely unloaded. A lot of our furniture was near the front of the truck, and that is what we really needed them for. It turns out our couch is too big to fit up our stairs, but they wrestled and hefted our (heavy) king size mattress up there.
Really appreciated Mach 1. We've used them twice now and they do not disappoint. Thank you Tony and Chris! Sorry you finally got unlucky with our job! Next time I'm sure you'll assume the worst instead! :)

The workers performed brilliantly, the leadership was flawless and they all did a wonderfull job also individually, they had all the equipment and tools required for the job and placed all of our belongings in the limited space the moving pod provided, they were on time they were friendly and profesional, they moved as a team.

Mike and Jeff knocked it out and were so personable and pleasant. They went above and beyond to help me for a lot of stuff into a pretty little truck. They were careful, courteous and thoughtful. Iād hire them again in a heartbeat!

Mike 2 and John were epic and professional. Mikes a magician at the load process especially under severe space constraints. Very conscious of weight and fragility. Never thought we could possibly squeeze every thing into that size truck and Mike/John made magic with every item in and perfectly secure.
