The two guys that came out were amazing. They showed up a few minutes early and worked hard the whole time. Got things moved quicker than I expected. I booked two hours, thinking I might need them for an extra hour. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.

Mike and Terry did a great job trying to pack way too much crap into a 16’ Pack Rat container. They were courteous with all of our belongings and stayed late to see if there was anything else they could squeeze in last minute for us. We had a very difficult request and they tackled it well. Highly recommend!

The movers were punctual, fast, friendly and professional. I had a concern about all of my furniture fitting in a relatively small storage space but they were strategic and made it happen! Very happy with their service :)

Arrived on time and mostly seemed friendly. But then their cockiness set in and they would listen to anything you asked saying they knew better and were the professionals. ANYTHING I asked they completely disregarded. I asked for them to use furniture blankets that I purchased, they didn’t wrap over half the furniture with them. At one point I said “I have moving blankets you can use” the guy responded “well I’m not wasting time looking for them”. I told him exactly where they were. Went and got them for him and instead he used personal blankets instead of the moving blankets. Had two recliners I said were high value and needed special attention. They shoved them on their sides in the POD with no blankets wrapped around them even though the blankets were right outside the POD to be used. Provided rope to rope off sections. Did not use even though we asked twice. Told them they could use stuff in the garage for fillers in the POD- never touched. Had a specific piece of furniture I said can’t go on its side or else it will break, they said it’s fine and flipped it on its side anyways. The POD has so much wasted space I’m nervous to open it at destination since it will have shifted so much and since they refused to rope any sections off. They finished the job in 1.5 hours even though 3 hours were paid for with no reimbursement option for unused time. Felt like they were rushing and being careless to finish early. Again nice guys but I felt like they were rude in disregarding anything we said. I’ll take back my bad review if we get there and everything is in the same condition before it was loaded but not looking likely.
You ordered 3men for 3 hours we sent out 4 guys and bases off GPS it took them 5 minutes short of 2 hours. That's almost the exact amount of time you booked instead of 9 man hours it took about 8 man hours. We try to respect people's time and money by staying effective and efficient.
We took pictures of every single tier and will stand behind our work. Call us if any damage occur. We understand we can't make everyone happy but we try our best. If you find any issues with your things during the unload please give us a call. BTW sorry if the teams confidence came off as arrogant, we sent out our best with over 55 years of combined experience we were hoping thing went off without a hitch.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
