Tony and Chris not only showed up early but showed up smiling! And remarkably, they CONTINUED smiling when they saw our 26' truck FULL of (mostly) boxes, and our tiny, narrow staircase!
Even though I booked them for only two hours (I thought I had asked for three - whoops) they stayed for FOUR to make sure our truck was completely unloaded. A lot of our furniture was near the front of the truck, and that is what we really needed them for. It turns out our couch is too big to fit up our stairs, but they wrestled and hefted our (heavy) king size mattress up there.
Really appreciated Mach 1. We've used them twice now and they do not disappoint. Thank you Tony and Chris! Sorry you finally got unlucky with our job! Next time I'm sure you'll assume the worst instead! :)

The workers performed brilliantly, the leadership was flawless and they all did a wonderfull job also individually, they had all the equipment and tools required for the job and placed all of our belongings in the limited space the moving pod provided, they were on time they were friendly and profesional, they moved as a team.

Mike 2 and John were epic and professional. Mikes a magician at the load process especially under severe space constraints. Very conscious of weight and fragility. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for moving day is to have your boxes packed and taped. Your furniture, dismantled and padded and
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
