The guys were great! They showed up on time and worked continuously with no breaks. They wasted zero time unloading our 28' trailer and moving our items into the house. They were attentive to our (my wife's) instructions on where to place certain items and took caution with moving our belongings. I have already recommended them to a neighbor. I went with this company because they had the highest reviews and they did not disappoint. As a bonus, they all had a great sense of humor.

M&M Moving was there before the scheduled time, they were proactive, ready to get a jump start on the move. Which was great, because it was supposed to be raining. They worked very hard & worked in unison. They asked me where I would like the items to be placed as they brought them inside. I would definitely use them again!

The younger mover didn't know what he was doing. The older man did know and did a good job. I wasn't happy with the service and I called the scheduler and told him that.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
