I had two workers for 2 hours, extended to 2.5 hours. They completely unloaded a 15 foot uhaul truck full of boxes into my house. They showed up on time and worked very hard. They were personable and friendly. I'd hire them again any time.

Thanks for letting us know, with less than 24 hours notice, that you would be 3 hours late for the scheduled time. Advice: don’t accept an order if you can’t fulfill it or at least give plenty of notice to the customer especially considering the job was booked for almost 2 weeks. Communication is important.

They were rushed and one gentleman was rude about how my items were packed. They did not cover or wrap anything. The way they packed my pod caused items to be damaged and broken in transit. Would not use again.

Elvis. Travis and Jamaal were on time and so hardworking! They managed to carry a 250 lb table up two flights and around corners and then assembled the table and several other pieces. They had great attitudes and I would definitely hire them again!

I paid more than the last three crews, I used with SML, but the crew chief was Top Knot, First in his Class, protected his crew and walked circles around the previous crews; intuitively knew how to pack a truck and van-guarded my valuables.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
