This was my first DIY move with a storage unit and I had no idea really how much room my packed things would take up. Elvis and Antonio arrived early, ready to work. They walked around the house looking at everything that needed to go into the PODS and were very honest that it might not all fit. But Elvis had a suggestions for what to do if it didn't fit. That eased my mind. And then he started to load the POD. Antonio carried the boxes outside, with the help of my family and friends. Elvis started loading and got it all in, with room to spare! And they were done in 90 minutes! Amazing work, wonderful people. I wish they were going to be at the other end to unload for me! A great experience. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Elvis has been great through this whole process. I had to reschedule three times and he worked with me to do that. Great communication and quick response time. They were flexible, even showing up early at my request. He knows how to pack and load a truck. He even loaned me shrink wrap for the one piece of furniture. He is fast and strong at getting it done. Everything went well!

Elvis is a helpful, lighthearted guy, which can be a real asset on a stressful moving day. His two helpers were careful with my things and had a great attitude. I paid for an extra hour to get two beds assembled. They took their time and did it right.
Elvis even helped my moving van driver when the car carrier being towed behind the truck wouldn’t release my car. He knew just what to do.
These guys did not go slowly to incur more moving hours nor did they go so fast that I worried boxes might get damaged.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
