We had requested 4 people for 2 hours to move furniture inside an old Victorian home, especially to the upstairs. Three people came and were even a little early. They got the job done within the two hours, including moving 4 pieces of furniture from the upstairs of a neighbor to the Victorian home. We finished right on time. M&M Moving Services reduced our price because we were short one person. These guys worked hard, knew what they were doing, had the equipment (and the muscle) to handle it, and were very careful not to damage anything. We would definitely use them again!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
