The workers were on time and ready to work. They were professional. My only complaint was them not being able to move a treadmill and the way they packed my POD. They couldn’t figure out how to get the treadmill out of the room. I had to hire another mover that moved it in less than 15 minutes and repacked my POD so that over half of my belongings that couldn’t fit actually fit. Again the movers worked hard and probably just need more experience.

They were on time and did a good job loading. They were not careful at my new home putting scratches in new floor, improperly put a bed together and it broke when someone sat on it. I would not use them again.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
