The movers were very courteous and respectful. However they arrived late. They did call to say they were on their way but arrived at 9:30 instead of 8:00. The worked very hard and did as much as they could in the two hours they were here. We would use them again.

Tommy and Alonzo were right on time and ready to start helping with our move. They hustled and kept things moving the entire two hours they were with us. They were very polite and friendly. Also considerate of our furniture and took precautions needed while loading the truck. I highly recommend these two guys to help you with your move.

They were on time even though I changed the date to a day earlier. They worked hard and tried very hard not to damage anything. They were all very courteous and respectful. I felt comfortable talking to everyone on the team. It would have gone a lot quicker if they had brought a ramp with them. We went over the allotted time but not by much. Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
