As much as I want to like the owner, our service was average. First of all, the crew arrived late. They were respectful and worked hard. However, they obviously did not have experience in packing a truck. That showed in a number of our furniture pieces being damaged and scratched due to poor packing. They also elected to have a 60-plus year old person in the crew who essentially had to quit mid-way during the move. I'm 60 years old - that's why I hired them to move me. Again they were respectful and tried hard, but the outcome was less than what we would have desired.

Workers were on time but not prepared they did not know that they were to hookup washer and dryer or put together furniture, that wa clearly outlined in the job description and e-mail sent back to me. Workers were also unprofessional as they Argued with each other the whole time.Both workers tracked mud through my brand new carpet’s scraped up my doors this is a home that was built brand new. You would expect a professional moving company to take doors off the hinges if trying to get large pieces of furniture through them they did not even attempt

Have to say that communication at the start was a little lacking and I thought about cancelling, but I am really glad I didn't. Elvis and his crew showed up on time (even a little early) and communicated really well on the day of the move. I booked two guys for 4 hours and he showed up with four guys that worked really hard and got everything done in 2 hours. Of course, I was not charged extra for the additional manpower, but I totally benefited from them finishing early. They were very respectful of all of my belongings and moved everything with speed and apparent ease. Very, very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend (although it might be time for him to hire an assistant / secretary). Have his card so I can use again in the future! Thank you!!

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
