M&M movers managed to work me into their schedule on the same day that my PackRat was delivered! They did a wonderful job unloading and placed furniture and boxes where they belonged and were easy to access. And they did it in record time despite the heat that day! My neighbor asked them for a business card since she watched the process and was VERY impressed. So, yes, I'd definitely recommend M&M!

The guys had good attitudes and moved me in a timely fashion.
However......they misplaced my firearm and it was never put inside the storage unit. The VA beach police department has since seized the rifle and now I need to go back twice to prove I’m the owner and complete a background check. Not easy to do when your active duty navy and live out of the state.

I highly recommend M & M Moving Services! They were punctual (actually called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled, which was great!) and took good care of the furnishings being loaded into the storage container. Couldn’t have asked for better service with a smile - even though they were loading in the pouring rain! Would not hesitate to enlist their help again.

The guys did a good job, but upon arrival at our destination we noticed many pieces of furniture that were not wrapped properly as a consequence many of the legs of the furnitures had scratches

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
