They showed no respect for my property, every piece of wood furniture that was shipped was damaged in some way. Scratched,dented,or scraped, I provided moving blankets that I now know we’re not used correctly, they never taped the blanket around the item, so they were not covered when something was stacked against or on the item. My unpacking personnel stated they had never seen property packed like this before. in my haste I missed the insurance activation clauses, so no recourse

We had booked loaders From another company and location that morning. That company was not straightforward about pricing and we paid for our for a 15 minute overtime. M&M Agreed to move up their unloading to same day at our request, due to a stormy forecast & worked with us to set a time. M&M sent 3 guys not 2, & finished ahead of schedule. We had a 26 ft truck to unload andDidn’t Think everything would fit in the largest storage unit we had rented. Tyrell? & ? & ? got everything unloaded and into the space nicely & safely.like a puzzle All information And pricing was clear on HireAHelper website. We spoke to real people who helped make the reservation by phone.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
