On time and nothing damaged.

So far everything has been on time and I was informed of drop off and pick up. Waiting now for trailer to be delivered to my Montana home.

Great experience. They didn't need money up front which helped us out a lot. No hassle, timelines were met without delays or excuses. Trucks dropped off on time and picked up on time. Great experience for low cost-You load and you unload yourself. Just be willing to work. If you cannot do the labor, hire moving help.

The transportation was good, and the staff and driver's were awesome, made my move hassle free, also they got it to me early.

ABF was great. Their customer service was strong. They delivered on time and was easy to communicate with.

Easy move! Had a couple of trouble with packing the trailer but ABF helped us every step of the way.

Truck was delivered and pick up on time

ABF was super easy to work with. They dropped the trailer when they said they would and picked it up the day I asked it to be picked up. They moved by household goods from California to Massachusetts and everything came through perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to do a self help move.

This was my fourth time using an ABF trailer. That should say it all! A super easy and economical way to move.

I am very pleased with my decision to use UPack as my mode of transportation. The best thing about them was the drop-off driver who went through quite a lot of maneuvering to ensure the empty trailer was in the most conveniently located place on my property. The trailer was in very good condition and even included a load-bar to secure items prone to tipping. Upon delivery all packed items were in the exact place I had placed them two days prior. Both drivers (origin and destination) were also very helpful in unloading the ramp and bulkhead partitions.

it was easy to book, drop off and pick up went smoothly on both ends, and my stuff got to it's destination in less than a week. I've heard terrible stories of container and trailers not showing up for weeks, so was very pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and ease of using ABF.

Drivers were great and UPack made sure my trailer was picked up quickly. Shipment even arrived to my new home earlier than expected. I would recommend these guys for your long-distance move.

Upack is great. I've moved two truck loads from California to North Carolina. Communication was excellent and I was kept up to date on the status of my trailer.

Truck was dropped off in a timely fashion. The customer service at our origin location of Elkridge, MD was great. Mark was awesome, friendly and very helpful with times and information. I think the communication at our destination, Orlando, FL could have been better. I had to call numerous times to get any information about the delivery of the truck. We had about 12,000 pounds of goods and a 28' trailer was an about perfect fit. We filled the truck. We chose ABF Upack because of referrals from others and would likely use them again.

Company is fair in price and customer service is excellent, however the ability to store our belongings near where we were moving to was not an option as they were full. This meant we had to leave our complete household in a trailer in 100+ temps in TX all summer. This led to melting and damage we did not anticipate. The truck drivers are very professional and extremely courteous and helpful.

ABF Freight with Upak did great! They delivered when they said they would and they always answered my questions. They made the move easier than if I rented a truck myself.

Trailer leaked. Computers out so scheduling delivery was nerve wracking.

Cubes were delivered on time and then picked up when scheduled. Arrived at ABF facility very quickly---picked up on a Thursday and arrived at new location on the following Monday.

Many items which were strapped down were broken, with several straps broke. Witnessed driver speed in neighborhood, whipping trailer around at a high rate of speed. Will never use again.

They worked with us on getting the large size trailer and getting it to us quickly. They also worked with us getting it lined up at the new address. The larger size was a good think since we needed more room. Thanks for all your help with this move.

Over two hours past the four hour time frame for dropping off container (that was on one side). For the next part they were 20 minutes early, before their two hour time frame. Drivers were polite and helped with bulkhead and were able to give good information.

They delivered on time, as promised. The drive called ahead of time to let us know he was coming to deliver. They have answered all my questions, and got the truck to our home destination ahead of time and were flexible in setting up delivery times. Very good service. WE will use them again!

On our "packing" side in AZ they were wonderful - on time, courteous and helpful. On our SC side our trailer was supposed to come at 12:00 PM and finally arrived at 11:30 PM with no ramp. The ramp finally showed up the next day. The truck drivers were really nice - it's the scheduling that seems to be a problem since it seems like their commercial deliveries take precedent over household deliveries. The price was right, compared to a regular long distance mover, but be prepared for delays if you use this service.

They did everything as promised, delivered and pick-ip on time. All my goods arrived in the same condition in which I packed them. All personnel very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

They dropped off on the specified day. The driver walked me through the setup procedure and answered any questions. Because we were travelling over 600 miles their tracking system kept us up to date on where our POD was and how soon we'd have it. Delivery of the POD went smoothly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this company and, if I EVER move again, they would be my first choice.

Drivers and 28' trailer were good. Trailer roof had a hole in the roof which I patched with duck tape. They put the trailer where I asked and were very courteous. Negative comment would be: Trailer was absoluly filty inside. Had some kinda black dust inside. I did sweep out but needed cleaning. They need to clean (water hose) inside before delivering. I Would use them again

They brought the trailer as they stated and the initial driver who picked up the trailer to deliver it to where we was going was awesome! The other driver who came to pick up the trailer after we had moved was not as friendly and helpful.

The people in the office and the drivers dropping off the trailer were very polite and helpful. It did take 14 days for my container to arrive instead of the quoted 8-10. I wasn't notified when the trailer arrived in the nearby city - I had to call. Maybe it was here sooner but I think it would have been good if they called to let me know when it arrived so I could schedule the drop off. I would highly recommend hiring professional moving help to pack your trailer. I had friends do it and they didn't pack the trailer as carefully or as compactly as professionals probably would have. As a result I probably paid for an extra 5-6 feet I didn't need. They meant well but just didn't do such a great job packing! I hired movers to unload at my destination point and it was definitely worth it. Using U-Pack wound up being several thousand dollars less expensive than hiring a regular moving company. I would recommend using them.

UPack was easy to use. They had great communication and drop off and pick up was seamless. They had detailed instructions on how to make your move as easy as possible.

I have used ABF twice now to move cross country and they continue to provide excellent service at a reasonable cost.

A very good move for the money. Note that the quality of the load is up to you and any loaders you might hire. My loaders did some things well and somethings poorly, and some damage resulted. But the ABF trailer was ideal, and the bulkhead separated my load from whatever commercial load went in after it. The ABF drivers at both ends of the trip were superb and went the extra mile to be helpful.

uPack delivered the container on-time and picked-up on-time. Very good service.

Kansas City-dispatch center was excellent!!! Quick to deliver, and quick to pick up when trucks were loaded...( I had 2 trucks) but Huntsville area dispatch center not so good.. left truck sit for over 24 hours after it was unloaded. (Not so good when you have to deal with an unhappy HOA) the second truck was more responsive to our call, and was picked up in a timely manner. Would I use them again?? Tough call.. cost versus a minor inconvience.. just question the time frame of delivery and pickup if that is important to you. The cost was considerably less than a professional moving company, and all in all...a pleasant experience!

They were great. There was concern when the trailer was to be dropped off, if it could get down the drive with some low wires, but the driver didn't give up and was able to get the trailer delivered. I hadn't realized it was a regular semi trailer, just only 28 feet long. I needed the trailer as I was transporting a 16 foot canoe that wouldn't fit in a container. without the canoe, I only needed 6-8 feet of the trailer. The trailer was in good condition and the driver explained how to put up the bulkhead. It was then picked up the next day, and was in the Nashville area 2 days after the pickup. ABF was very flexible with the delivery date, taking in to consideration the Eclipse traffic in Nashville. The driver that delivered at the destination was very helpful in determining a good place to park it for ease of unloading with minimal interference with the apt. complex traffic. They were also able to pick the trailer up later that same evening once it was unloaded. All people I had contact with at ABF were great, especially the drivers.. much respect for their ability to drive those trucks!! They had the best price and flexibility for the needed 13 feet of space. I would be comfortable using them again.

I liked using the trailer vs a pod. I wasn't sure how many pods I would need but with the trailer I could use more or less space as needed. The trailer was clean and customer service good. I liked the scheduling, three days to load and unload and hopefully it will be delivered to my new address on the appointed day. I would use this company again

Trailer was deliverd and picked up on time, both ends. Friendly service. The only thing that displeased me was the condition of the ramp on the loading end. It was severely damaged. Was very difficult to open and impossible to close.

ON time and at a great price. Lots of stuff was either damaged or broken due to the long trip and the hooking and unhooking of the trailers.

Dropped it off on both sides when expected and picked it up when expected. Good job ABF!!!!!!

AFB was slow. We used Upack before and they were great. Not impressed. Drivers were nice.

2 completely full ABF trailers cross-country without a hitch. Well, except for the lousy bulkhead in one of the trailers. Plan ahead, expect to load/unload the day after the trailer arrives, and you too could have no issues at all.
