Easy way to move across states!

The trailer deivered on time but was picked up two days later. A lot of boxes were broken although it might not the trailers faults. Inside of the trailer needs to be cleaned.

I am highly satisfied with using a 28-ft ABF Pack Trailer for a long-distance move from North Dakota to Poughkeepsie, NY. I filled the entire trailer with furniture, hundreds of boxes of things, and many artworks (since we are artists). Although I have read that it is not recommended to use such a moving trailer (unless you want a lot of broken things), I was very careful in tightly packing things into the trailer. As careful as I was, I still expected things to bounce around somewhat. But I was surprised to see no apparent shifting of my stuff after the trailer made its way over 1500 miles to my new place of residence. Almost everything I transported made it without even minor damage. The drivers who delivered the trailer to my old and new addresses were also very nice and helpful. There were no problems or time delays. I am a very satisfied customer! Of course, if you are inexperienced in loading things in moving trucks or trailers, this might not be the best way to move. You need to know what you are doing. But I have moved on several occasions and I guess practice makes perfect.

Easy moving company to work with. Trailer arrived faster than expected.

They were cheaper then renting a truck and driving ourselves. They arrived at our destination sooner then we had anticipated and held our belongings a few days until the weather was better. When I hired unloading help, it was on their website that I read about how much damage occurs with freight trailers and sure enough, quite a few of our items were damaged. It would have been nice to have been given ideas of ways to prevent damage from excessive movement of the trailer during transport.

I have used them twice. Both times were excellent experience. First time I used whole trailer and second two 12 feet of trailer. They were timely and excellent customer service.

Containers were they most economical method of transporting my items. Looked into trailers and PODS. They containers are a bit small and I required two, but my items were fine. They were banged up on the outside, but I inspected them thoroughly on the inside and didn't see any holes. Any damage that was done was due to the loaders not properly packing the containers and my items being tossed about the container and bumping into each other (as was evident by the disheveled condition of the container when the doors were opened). I would definitely ship using this method again for the distance. I also did a guaranteed delivery date since I needed my items by a certain date. This was also much cheaper than their competitors, but I really probably could have done without it since they were slated to arrive before I needed them. I just wanted to cover any events happening that would possibly delay delivery without a guaranteed date.

Very timely and followed through as promised. Be advised that contents in trailer get jarred around quite a bit no matter how well you pack.

They were polite and did a good job and with one exception did everything as promised. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is they said our trailer would be picked up in the AM and it didn't go out till late afternoon which cost us some valuable time on our end

I would definitely recommend as an alternative to the other moving resources like U-Haul, pods or companies like Bekins. In addition to the $3,800 for the cost of a container I paid $495 a month for 3 months in storage fees.

I used ABF, but went through a 3rd party. I don't know who screwed up, but the trailer was over 12 hours delayed at both ends of the move. Awful.

We loved this option. We packed it and left the driving to them. They arrived before we did! Wonderful to work with. On time with trailer drop off, delivery and pickup! Thank you so much! Made relocating easy.

The company who moved my trailer, Upack, did a wonderful job in dropping off the trailer, picking it up, and driving it to it's destination. All the employees I encountered were pleasant and quite helpful.

The trailer was delivered and picked up in a timely manner. Nothing moved around and arrived safely in our cross country move.

The driver, Kelly, was wonderful. Very respectful and knowlegable. He dropped off the Relo-container at my storage unit and all went well. He kept in touch next day after the movers packed the container so as to pick it up as agreed. Thank you to Kelly / this company.

The truck driver who delivered the empty trailer to my home in San Antonio, TX as well as the one that delivered the full trailer here to me Foley, AL were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Easy drop off and pick up for the truck in both locations. Helpful customer service representatives and we had the perfect amount of space needed in the whole truck. We would definitely use them again if/when we have to move a long distance again.

The trailer truck was perfect size. I fit all my belongs in the allotted space. They moved the trailer from CA to NC in a very timely manner. The customer service during the whole process was great. I would use them again!

Great customer service from their call center, their local offices, and the truck drivers. The trailer is more robust than a POD and can carry more stuff which was important because of our wood and metal working tools, supplies, and equipment.

I had no issues. They delivered the container on time, picked up on time and have been easy to work with.

Deliveries and pickups went just as promised and planned. Easy to reach staff who kept us informed of delivery and pickup status. Payment was electronic and efficient. Easy to schedule.

My trailer did not arrive on time.

The truck was delivered on time, clean, and parked at the bay for easy loading. I was able to communicate quickly and clearly with the local team when I had a question. My belongings are on their way out of state and I like the online tracking system.

They charged double the original estimate. They completely mislead my elderly father as to the cost and amount of space needed. I had a bid from a full service moving company that loads and unloads that was less than what they charged to use there trailer.

A large clean trailer, very flexible with the many changes I made and ver responsive.

Upack is affordable and reliable; I've used them before for a longer move with no problem since that time things were packed and strapped well. You need to make sure you pack well since freight isn't as gentle as other methods. Working with ABF/u-pack is easy by phone and online. I did have some trouble with the destination delivery bringing me a unloading ramp but otherwise ok.

My actual move is still pending but they arrived on time and were very pleasant when they booked the trailer and they were on time and courteous when it was delivered. I will keep you posted on follow up.

Good service for about 1/2 the price of a traditional moving company. Cross country move, took about ten days to receive my house hold goods.

nice thing about trailer you only pay for what you use unfortunately my loader did the worst job of packing I ever saw which ended costing more than it should have was not ABF fault
