They comply with all the dates of our scheduled move

They were so helpful and made this difficult move as easy as possible. From pick up to drop off. I was very nervous about delivery to New York, especially with the city restrictions. I made several telephone calls to UPack and spoke to Rose each time and if I did not get her I asked for her. Rose knew what to do and how to reassure me that everything would be fine. I arranged delivery on a day when there was no school and alternate parking would not be an issue but of course, the city always has other plans. Rose, had many suggestions but most of all she knew all the right things to say to me to keep me calm; she is definitely, an asset to UPack. The delivery driver, I believe his name was Nick, was also wonderful he was able to maneuver the cubes to make it easy for us to unload. (BTW not one thing was broken) I highly recommend UPack for any move they are very professional and know what they are doing.

Trailers showed up on time, were clean and were pickup as promised. They were delivered on time too. No muss, no fuss. Drivers were personable and positioned the trailers for the easiest possible loading and unloading.

It was difficult to reschedule the truck drop-off. I had to call multiple numbers and be transferred to various departments to land on the right one.

This is the second time using them. Both times were excellent. I used part of a truck. Truck was delivered exactly as promised. If have part of a truck, this saves a lot of money vs movers. Highly recommend. Will use them again.

I used the UPack cube versus the trailer option and all I can say is FLAWLESS. I had my UPack shipped from California to South Carolina and the custermer service was incredible. The ABF employees are so customer focused, I didn't know companies existed like this any more, but they do. #1 LOVED THEM.

Trailer came with a bent lock and was unable to lock the trailer doors. Notified the pick up driver and trailer arrived in Idaho with same broken lock on the trailer.

Great service! I wish the tracking was easier to find, but once found, it was fairly accurate. We used the entire 27' of the truck and wish we would have had a few more feet. I had to leave a few small things (vacuum, sawhorse, etc.) behind because they wouldn't fit. We used the service before when moving from NC to CO and chose to use the same service moving back since they did such a great job! I would recommend them to anyone making a cross country move.

Got us to where we needed to go on time with no hassles

The Bulkhead separating our goods would not align and there were no pins to lock the separating wall.

UPACK is a HORRIBLE company that will sell you a dream and ruin your entire life. I was told that my trailer would need to be dropped and picked up the next day. When I arrived to my final destination, I was then told that next day pick up is not guaranteed and that it could take upwards to 2-3 days. I am in a neighborhood where you can be fined for trailers staying that long and/or given over 1,000 in fees for having it owed. I had to hire a truck + fuel costs to have my items unloaded at their facilities (over 30 mins away) and reloaded at my new place. When my movers arrived to the facility, ALL OF MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED. Over $5,000 in damages and everyone is avoiding responsibility. Please hear me when I say, DO NOT USE UPACK, HIRE HELPERS or STEP BY STEP LOGISTICS IN THE DC/MD/VA area.

The driver who parked the trailer in the driveway was super careful not to damage any of the grass or sprinkler heads. Very much appreciated his respect.

My experience with ABF UPack was amazing. They were a little behind schedule in dropping off the trailer, but they got it to me in the end with no issues. The driver was great and customer service was top notch. I'm so thankful for choosing ABF UPack and would absolutely do it again.

Great job getting everything from WA to AZ

It was a wonderful experience. Moved about 1/2 of our residence. I could not say enough positive things about their service. On time and efficient. Everything arrived in excellent shape. I had a hiccup at delivery, and John (at Dispatch) and Cory (Driver) took care of it right away saving my butt. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. I recommend them over any other carrier that I researched for the move. Half the cost of PODS with more space. Check them out.
