Great communication throughout Delivery, Pickup, Transit, and Arrival. Definitely worth every $ and is way more economical than their competitors PODS and Pack-Rat.

Great Job , 2nd time using them. The trailers weren't able to deliver for 2 weeks due to the enormous amount of moves to this area and it being summertime. ABF did a wonderful job with my stuff and picked up the empty trailers quickly.I used (2) 27' Trailers and it was cheaper than using haul.

ABF guys were great. No machine service when you call - you talk to a live person who's knowledgeable about the business right away. Easy to schedule a delivery. They navigated my street even with an unexpected low hanging wire. Easy pick up. We haven't had it delivered yet so will update once it's delivered.

After significant setbacks with our PODS and 1-800-Pack-Rats reservations, we turned to ABF UPack Trailer and had a great experience. The driver who delivered the trailer was patient, helpful and polite despite having to navigate a congested urban high-rise apartment complex. Even though we booked the standard 15 linear feet for a 2-bedroom apartment, we were credited for the 3' of unused space. Great team to work with.

The service was easy. They were very responsive. They dropped off and picked up the trailer as scheduled and explained everything. The cost was very reasonable.

Upack did everything to make our move an easier experience with a lot less expense. Highly recommend them as a lower cost option to moving cross country.

With the price of fuel going up and up, this was well below the cost of u-haul and we had more time to load/unload. If you have the time to pack yourself, I strongly recommend abf.

The furniture was damage when it was traveling.

ABF had great communication with me and I could always get through to a person on the phone with questions or concerns. I really love that I had 3 days to pack. The ramp is somewhat heavy but it has unfolding instructions and I unfolded myself, but I am strong. The wall provided separates my stuff from the remaining freight to be loaded which is fantastic, except it is hard to figure out how to connect the panels together with the sliding pipes to secure it. Plus you need 2 people for that. Other than that, I would use UPack with ABF Freight again. Great experience.

We haven't received out load yet can't comment on how well things traveled.

It's been a week and my items haven't arrived yet. I called today and said that my items may be running late. It's really given my reassurance that i can live w/o all that stuff.

Dropped off when scheduled, great communication, our goods went from Washington State to Phoenix, Arizona. Tracking was updated daily, sometimes multiple times a day. They scheduled for drop off, and picked the trailer up promptly after we scheduled the pickup online.

Underestimated the number of containers needed. Brought another container out after movers had left. In every other respect ABF UPack provided excellent service.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is able to pack their own belongings. They came to the sites on time and picked up the trailer on time. The communication to us was done well.

Filthy truck. Despite some of my furniture being bubble wrapped very carefully and secured/locked from other people accessing it, I still had damaged furniture. On the day my trailer was to be dropped off between 8 am - noon, it arrived at 2:30 pm and that is only because I called upack local service center several times. They do not follow time windows. They delivered 30 mins outside of the window at my destination as well. They do not care. I called the first time when the drop off was 2.5 hours late and was met with poor customer service, all they could do was deduct $50. The late drop off impacted the movers I had arranged in the afternoon that day.

The truck was the best option since I could not afford an expensive mover but the truck does rattle around and if not bubbled wrapped well, things will break.

The furniture rattles around a lot,expect some damages stuff,my furniture was older so it was a great option unless you bubble wrap it better then I did. I didn't have a lot of money for moving either.

Upack was great until the trailer pickup was a epic failure. Turns out they have a bug / unknown feature, if you click the pickup text link twice it removes your request to have the trailer picked up and no it doesn't tell you, so 5 days with the HOA and people around me going nuts, otherwise it woul dhave been great.

Very good. Truck was delivered right on time.

We followed their instructions trying to ensure we could have the trailer the day we closed. We used an entire trailer so it left Wisconsin and made it to Georgia way ahead of schedule. When we called to confirm delivery they didn't have drivers even though we already had a delivery date. The trailer was supposed to be at our new house on Wednesday. It showed up Thursday at 10:30 pm.

ABF was able to deliver as promised though a Hurricane just passed the day before our trailer delivery at the origin and again in our new area, just the day before trailer delivery at the destination. Nice!

I used ABF to transport the contents of my 12'x12' storage unit from Silicon Valley CA to Boise ID. The trailer was clean and in good condition. It arrived a week earlier than the original estimate. They provided a ramp for offloading, which was an essential detail. The driver was polite, professional, and efficient. I chose ABF on the recommendation of a moving company which had been recommended to me by a co-worker. The results turned out very good and the cost was very reasonable compared to a full-service moving company doing everything. For another long distance move I would hire them again.

The trailer showed up on time in california and arrived in Texas ahead of scheduled. price was fair and way competitive to all other companies we got quotes from.

On time no pressure effective courteous service

We've used UPack before and will always use them whenever we need to move something. The price is unbeatable. In our experience, Upack is on time, reliable, trustworthy and convenient.

The trailer was delivered on time and picked up within a couple of hours of us finishing loading it. It arrived at the destination terminal within the scheduled window.

We scheduled two trailers but only one was delivered. We had to call the following morning for our second truck but they could not deliver it to us until 330. By this time, the movers reservation was done which was frustrating because we could have had the entire home loaded into both trucks. I do not understand why they didn't bring both trucks on the scheduled date, very disappointed with the service of ABF.

Great way to go if you want to do some work and save lots of money over a full moving load, transport, and unload service.

It's a trailer... it arrived on time. Get a mover who know what they're doing and you should be good. The trailer is going to give your property a rough ride, that just the nature of these trailers. Plenty of furniture pads and movers who can use ratcheting straps judicially will help keep your stuff safe. 1

Needed a bit more room than the estimate, but not much more. Drop-off driver was friendly and easy to work with.

ABF Upack drivers were professional and courteous. They managed backing the trailer down long driveways and in a tight cul de sac. The customer service was excellent. Anyone looking at the tracking info however should make sure to call them up to confirm delivery date and not go based on the "Projected Delivery Date" on their site.
