very poor communication @ one of the local warehouses for pickup. My property was covered in ants when delivered. delivery location customer service and overall price was good.

I made a coast to coast move and this was the most economical. They delivered the Relo-Cube on time, picked it up the same day and got to my destination early! That never happens. They were able to deliver the Cube on a busy San Francisco street, right in front of my apartment. I would definitely use them again.

I would use ABF UPack again for my moving needs. They were very easy to work with and explained the process very well. I have used other moving companies in the past., I paid much more money and received half the service UPack provided. They are a great company and I would use them again.

Simple, trustworthy, courteous, and efficient. I hope to not move again for a very long time but if I have to I am using this trucking company again.

Based on a U-Pack representative recommendation for a 2 Bedroom apt. , which I described my property, I requested 2 containers be delivered. First of all my sofa (3 cushion) barely fit. It is pressed in to the max. Secondly , 2 containers were not sufficient and I had to request another container which took about 2 hours to deliver. I had hired movers for 2 hours and they had to leave when their time was up. When I called U-Pack to explain my situation based on info given to me by their rep , the first person I spoke with was very argumentative and not helpful at all. It was already a stressful event and this made it so much worse . The extra cost wasn't anticipated for additional movers and container . I would not recommend this company.

This was my second ABF UPack move. The first time I used the truck container and this time I tried to Relocubes. Although less fits in the Relocubes I preferred them as they sit on the ground and are easier to load/unload. Both times UPack was very easy to communicate and coordinate with - I had no problems at all - in fact when I wanted to keep my cubes an extra day to load they left them with me for no charge! Also the drivers are very polite and courteous and worked with me to place the cubes/loading truck where I wanted them. I will continue to use them for all my moves!

Nothing got broken. I was very impressed and it arrived much earlier than expected.

The price was below other competitors, but you must be flexible on drop-off, pick-up and delivery, as dates may change depending on driver availability, weather, etc. So if you need cubes dropped off, picked up and delivered on a specific date, it may not happen, as was the case with us.

Excellent service. Trailer was delivered on time, driver helped install the ramp and move the bulkhead. ABF picked it up the next day and delivered it on time.

They dropped off my PODS and picked them up within a couple of hours after the movers completed packing and unpacking the Pods.

When we saw the relocube, we did not think all our belongings would fit. They did! The relocube was in good condition. Everyone we dealt with by phone and email and text were courteous and responsive and went out of their way to make things work for us. I would use them again and recommend them to everyont!

The ABF/UPack staff were excellent. The trailer arrived on time and picked up as planned. The contract people with ABF were very responsive to our questions and concerns. This is an excellent way to move. We are moving two house holds and everything was great for a total of three trailers. I highly recommend ABF.

Careless driving but they're taking responsibility for their mistakes, unlike the company who loaded our gear.

The containers were suppose to be weather proof, but my mattress got wet and mildewed horribly.

my item were thrown all over few items broken, the driver that delivered the trailer, jerking it around parking it. I spoke with dispatch week before they delivered it on a Friday I specifically asked would they pick it up same day. Trailer was unloaded and called ABF Philadelphia, spoke with Cathy, she assured me it would be picked up. Never did pick the trailer up on Friday, called back Saturday morning, Cathey said sir its the end of the month, in fact it was Aug 1, 2015. All drivers are over there time we cant get it until Monday, where I moved into they were upset trailer set in the street/ Very poor service ABY Philadelphia !!!! Dan Smith

They were very efficient in keeping me informed of price and hints of what might be needed by the by those loading the pods. The pods were delivered and picked up on schedule. They are currently transporting and storing the pods until I need them delivered. I would definitely use them again.

Easy, convenient and flexible

Its a great service that saved me a ton of money on my long distance moves, however their sense of timing is a bit off. They are not very punctual however the drivers, dispatchers and the office staff are great! So all things considered, I would most certainly use their service again. This option worked well for my move size and the distance of my move. The condition of the trailer was great. I chose this option because I was unable to find a long moving company that would move me under such short notice.

This company was so polite and made the process really easy. Drop-off and pickup were painless, all my interactions with dispatchers were pleasant and accommodating. I was quoted for 17' and ended up needing the entire truck of 25', but the truck had very high ceilings and we had a lot of stuff. Even going over footage, the price was exceptionally competitive, and the process painless. We rented helpers at both ends of the trip, and the entire cost was thousands under any full service company, with the same results.

The U-Haul truck was in good condition and worked well for my needs. I have used Uhaul several times and would for sure use them again. I had to reschedule my date twice, and they were nice and helpful.

I used U-Pack to move two containers of belongings from North Carolina to the Bay Area. U-Pack contracts with (and I believe primarily uses) ABF freight to transport/store pods. While the U-Pack operations/customer service team were polite and very professional, on both the front end and back end, the ABF dispatchers/operations supervisors were discourteous and in some cases rude when negotiating the pick-up of the cubes both after loading at my original home and pick-up after the cubes were emptied. If you use U-Pack and/or ABF freight, you must be extra diligent calling the central office dispatch to communicate scheduling, as there exists poor communication between the drivers and the "home office."

This is the 2nd move we use UPack for. And we were not disappointed. Everything went extremely smoothly (which reading other reviews of moving disasters is very uncommon!). They picked up the relocubes as scheduled and delivered on the day scheduled (we did use the guaranteed delivery option for extra piece of mind). The drivers who picked up the relocubes from both terminals were very nice. Despite this exceptional service, their price compared to the competition is very very good!! Not sure what anyone else would want from a moving company!! We will definitely use them again if we move

These people told me I would have no problem when i listed what furniture and boxes I had to move. They recommended I get 1 pod, so i did. Boy was I really disappointed. When the pod arrived it was so small, it didn't fit half of what they said it would. I ended up having to sell some of my year old furniture at the last second, because when i called them to get a 2nd pod.. they didn't have any available until July! If they had just told me to get 2 pods in the first place it would of helped me a lot... and i would of got all of my stuff.

Not finished with loading as yet. One more day to go. It will go to storage for one month until our home is ready. The delivery man was very helpful in showing us how to use the ramp and partitions.

driver was late on drop off and didn't call when he was on his way as requested. Also, driver tried to state I used 12 cubic feet when it was actually 10 cubic feet so I had to call supervisor for confirmation.

The best part about ABF was the pickup and dropoff services that we received for our Relocate. The MAJOR DOWNSIDE was the scheduling and logistics of the company. After calling several days in a row to schedule a drop-off for a Friday, I was never told that Fridays fill up quickly and to reserve the appointment early. Without this information, our cube was unable to be dropped off on the day that we had planned on, therefore we had to shift our moving plans an entire day to ensure that the cube would be dropped off when we were present. This caused unnecessary stress that could have been avoided with help from the team. I appreciate the drop-off and pick-up staff, as they were the friendliest of the staff by far. The people in the delivery areas were semi-rude on the phone and could have used some skill updates in customer service. I probably will use another service next time I need a moving container.

Review for the Albuquerque ABF (destination) terminal only, as the move is not yet complete: Excellent service even during snowy weather and icy conditions. Flexible and adaptable to our individual needs. Highly recommended.

I was glad I used the ReloCube to move from Florida to Maryland. It was half the price of PackRat and PODS, and it shipped in half the time. I ordered two cubs, but only ended up using one. But I wasn't charged for the second. My complaints: I wish they worked on Saturdays, and they didn't pick up my empty container when they said they would.
