THIS IS THE BEST AND MOST WELL PRICED MOVING OPTION I HAVE EVER USED. THEY BROKE NOTHING IN TRANSIT, WERE ON TIME IN BOTH LOCATIONS. NOTHING BROKEN. EMPLOYEES polite and helpful.

The containers were delivered on time on just 1 day notice and the driver accommodated my request to place them at per my convenience. I've used their services previously and am highly pleased by their services.

I liked the fact that the relo-cubes were well suited to our needs and actually held the water bed frame. When packed with a "tetrus" like mindset all went very well, even with 8 cases of wine and not a broken bottle

If you plan carefully, pack well (label the boxes in detail), use lots of blankets for the furniture, cover it all with a tarp, and employ skilled and careful loaders and unloaders, the move should work out fairly well, with minimal damage and inconvenience, at a reasonable cost.

ABF Relocubes hold more things than you think. We were able to move our 1+ bedroom home in 2 cubes with room to spare. We like that these cubes are smaller than the other POD companies because you are able to tailor the sizes better. Also Reolcubes were the most cost effective option by far for moving and storage for a few months.

Our overall experience was very positive. Our only concern came when it was time for them to pick up the empty cubes. Our new apartment complex was anxious to get them off the property and it took longer than expected. Everything else was great though, we booked them over the phone and it was very easy. We booked 2 cubes to move across the country.

Fit my needs perfectly

The cubes were smaller than I anticipated. Delivery was on time. Loading was challenging because the small size made everything constrained (one larger pod would have been better than 3 small ones). Storage and scheduling drop-off went well. The drop-off was messy because their forklift got stuck in our front lawn (1/2 inch from a concrete pad--) and took a long time and left the lawn a mess. The drivers were polite, courteous and helpful-- but they were working with the wrong equipment for the job. This was the 3rd time it had been stuck in one day! The containers get bumped around more than I expected-- we only had a few dishes break, but I'll pack even more carefully next time.

Everything was a breeze. Both the pickup and drop off of my cubes went seamlessly. My stuff was a little shuffled when they arrived at my new location but things weren't too bad.

Everything ended up broken or harmed somehow

Bad customer service skills. They lose your reservation for drop offand blame you, they are a week late picking up your container. Just overall bad company with poor customer service skills.

Cube was listed to fit a 1 bedroom apartment but all of my items didn't fit. I didn't have a lot of large pieces and still couldn't fit it all even though every nook and cranny was filled.

ABF did everything they said they would. On-time, adjusted to meet our needs and moved all of our household goods safely and in one piece.

ABF U-Pack was excellent. This was the easiest cross-country move I have ever done and the folks who worked there were so helpful. I would definitely use this service again for a major out-of-state move!

Prompt about dropping off the trailer but we had to call three times about removing it. We called on the night of July 2nd and it did not get picked up until July 7th. Other than that they were great to work with.

Pickup was excellent, all cubes, handled with care. Minor glitches at the receiving end. All personnel were courteous and responsive.

UPack's customer service is great and they were able to give us an extra pod when we requested it the same morning as the delivery of our other pods. Thank goodness because we needed it!

Extremely timely in Denver as well as with dropping off the packed cubes in Baltimore. Unfortunately they failed to pick up the empty cubes on the promised day in Baltimore without even letting me know there may be a problem so they sat in the "move in" parking spot all weekend and half of Monday which made me very unhappy.

We were so very impressed with their efficiency! Shane and Dutch were awesome! No bumps or scratches caused by them and I did not cover the banister, rail or wall in the stairway. We used them to help us unload our pods into our new home. We will rave about their work to anyone who will listen.

I was very pleased with the crew from "One Man and his Dolly". Hire a Helper however did not pay the men for about a month even though I responded to their text on the day of the service that the job was completed. The next time I will bypass the "hire a Helper People."

I moved from New York to Boston. The folks in Boston were great with arranging the drop off and delivery of my cube. The New York office on the other hand were unresponsive, and difficult to get a hold of. I was misquoted the arrival time of the cube and when I called to follow up they were super rude. Not recommended for New York.

Late to drop off the cube. Late to deliver the cube. Did not use a fork lift to unload the cube and scratched the driveway very badly.

Easy to use. Everything is explained on the website, very straightforward. No hidden fees. Saves money for long distance move.

I was packing up over the Memorial Day weekend and I was concerned that the cube drop-off and pick-up might be delayed; however, everything was on time. The coordinators were very helpful and easy to work with. My cubes are still en route and I plan to store them for two-three months until my apartment is ready.

Great driving and very good way to move

I'd used an ABF trailer before, I decided to give the relo-cubes a shot. Amount of Relo-cubes was perfect for all the stuff I had collected in time. Containers were in good condition. Never had a problem reaching them on the phone to figure out a pick up and drop off time. Cubes were delivered somewhat late in the day, but still within the promised time window. They were dropped off in the beginning of the day, which was nice to get moved in a little sooner. Price was a little more than I expected, but MUCH more convenient than driving a moving truck myself.
