Truck was so-so, cab pretty beat up and seat sagging. Check-in was rough, hard to find the truck and get access to it. They didn't put the moving blankets in the truck and we had to go back for them. But the price was right.

Always have great service with Uhaul

They lost one star for every Emergency Roadside Assistance claim I had to file during the drive. A 600 mile trip took almost 3 days.

The truck was great. The customer service for the national support/dispatch was atrocious.

U-Haul. Nothing new to dealing with them.

They provided me with cost effective option that worked for our circumstances. Using Uhaul allowed me to cost effectively keep my items in storage for a few days until the new house was ready for us to move in.

Unfortunately the units were scarce at our location and we were forced to rent two units, but luckily they were side-by-side.

Mike and Luke did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. They were on time and well groomed. They managed to handle our heavy sleeper sofa and take the bed frame apart and put it back together. They finished on a timely basis with no damage. I would highly recommend them.

Uhaul is my go to place.

Super helpful in getting me set up at the last minute with a truck when PODS let us down. Also allowed me to keep the truck a few extra days until my new apartment was ready. Excellent customer service. Good value.

I reserved a truck for Saturday morning and went to pick it up - only to find out that U-Haul had delivered it to the wrong location. The employee at the storage unit that I went to was less than helpful. I had to call a different U-Haul location to see if they had a truck available to pick up. Luckily they did. Other wise I would have been SOL. I had booked my truck about 3 weeks in advance.

Uhaul overcharged me after the truck was returned.

Right by the numbers with zero surprises. Used the large truck and pulled a trailer behind it.

Had to get them at the last minute, and they were great. For the second time, Budget let me down. Will NEVER use Budget again.

Nice people, easy check in

The truck size was just right for the job,

The truck was awful! It shook so much my foot kept falling off the gas pedal and our eyeglasses were falling off our faces! I have driven moving trucks across the state and fortunately this was only four hours because it was an AWFUL drive I never want to do again. It also said the 26-foot truck would comfortably move/fit a family of 3-4 people. nope! I am a single person and it did not even fit my stuff. I had to do additional moves in an SUV to get everything to my mom's garage. It was a move from hell because of the truck.

Good except they charged us for being 10 minutes late

Services were delivered as promised. After the initial phone call, everything went smoothly as scheduled and paperwork was simple to complete. The truck was large enough to fit all of our furniture and care was taken to prevent scratches, etc.

Uhaul location was great. But this recent cyberattack on the gas pipeline made it extremely difficult to find gas in the surrounding area around the U-Haul drop off center. I did not find gas and had to pay for UHaul to fill the tank. I think UHaul should have issued some type of messaging to their centers in the areas affected by this attack to help their customers.

Military U-Haul location is always great to rent from. Great customer service every time!

Truck was almost new - drove great.

Over charged me for 3 days I did not use and is refusing to refund my money.

The 20 foot truck worked well and was clean.

We rented an 8x12 trailer to pickup furniture in OK and bring it back to TX. Rental reservation, pickup, and drop-off were convenient & easy. Trailer was solid & clean. Blankets were clean & wrapped; and were an extra charge.

It was a standard moving truck that got my stuff from point A to point B in Chicago.

Overall good experience although UHaul had the wrong pick-up date. Fortunately, the issue was resolved and didn't cause any delays.

I have used U Haul for many moves. I thought using the new system where you could pickup your vehicle anytime you want was poorly explained. There was no step by step instructions. I was on hold with the Call Center several times and did not get any assistance. If it wasn't for the observation of the gas station attendant abt was he saw other people doing and also another customer' inquiry abt his truck, we would still be there. I love the Uhaul vehicles but this new option is for the birds.

Forgot to pack my padded blankets in the truck - luckily I checked before I left the lot and they got for me. Also drivers side view bubble / blind spot mirror was broken - safety issue as you couldn't easily see your blind spot. Rented a 15ft truck for the move - says it will handle a 2 bedroom apt. My 2 bedroom apt took two trips and it was packed TIGHT both trips. Price is reasonable.

Truck worked out just fine.

Decent price and since actual mileage was lower than my estimate, they did not charge as much as expected. Truck was old, with nearly 80,000 miles, but drove well. Customer service was quick and efficient for pick up and drop off.

Uhaul saved the day when Budget did not have a truck available anywhere near me even know it had been reserved for six weeks.

Staff was courteous and very professional. Everything was in order when we picked up the truck in VA. This was a one-way trip to NC. No problems dropping off the truck in NC.

18 hours before I was supposed to pick up a 20 foot truck for a one-way rental, they informed me I would have to drive 135 miles to get the truck. I quickly changed to Penske, who had a truck for me just 2 miles from my home and rented it to me at the last minute.

10 ft truck for a local move - not sure if this truck has cruise control for a longer drive. No cruise control would have been a problem for a long drive.

Initially charged me for fuel, even though I filled it back to where it was when I picked it up. I to call a few places before they took care of it. They did fix the error. Thank you

the truck was perfect

We reserved a U-Haul truck through Jam Pac, on Broad River Road in Irmo, SC, for transport. Horrible experience. Arrived early to pick up truck and no one was in the store front. Waited 2 hours; called repeatedly but only got the voice mail; and no one has contacted me to explain why the store was locked up during working hours and why no one was there to handle our reservation. I even talked with the woman who was to assist us, on the morning of the move, and she said she would be at the store by 12:30 PM. Did not happen and we had to scramble to borrow a really small truck so that we didn't lose any of our HireAHelper time. Very stressful and really, really unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone for U-Haul needs.

Uhaul always a good choice

The truck company was good, however the people that we rented the truck from was not so good. We rented from State Line Auto in North Augusta, South Carolina. Had the truck scheduled between 9-10. We’ll come to find out they don’t open till 10. When I made the reservation the lady said nothing about opening at 10. They said oh the time is on the web site, I did not go to the web site. I don’t think I will be using them again.

Cost effective using U-haul for a couple hour move.

Excellent service truck do not hire a helper at all!

We paid around $1400 for the 26' truck with insurance and 20 moving blankets. We have it for 5 days and are driving 600 miles.
