The truck pick up was rough. We called the night before and were told that all we had to do is call Uhaul and type in a code. Didn't turn out that way. In any case, we made it!

U-Haul is up front pricing and convenient after hrs drop off and flexible pic-up from other locations, their inventory is large and easy to adjust to.

The truck was brand new and the service rep was on time and prepared! Very helpful.

Once we were able to get a truck, everything was great! The person who had the truck we were supposed to get at noon, didn't return it on time, so U-Haul had to find us a another location that had what I needed. They did and we received a credit due to the issue of having to go to another location.

Truck was new which was really good. Process was fairly easy online to reserve, and I picked it up pretty quick with no hassle.

We pre-paid for the rental of 6-furniture pads, which were not available and never supplied.

Nice clean truck at a very reasonable price. However, all the add on costs are really annoying. Also, because I only put 3.5 miles on the truck gas wasn't an issue, but the fact that they'll charge you a $30 fee plus the cost of gas if you don't bring it back at the same level really pisses me off. Who wants to try and take a 15' truck into a Get-Go station for 3 miles worth of gas? But do you want to take a chance on them saying the gauge moved?

It was a convenient way to pick up my truck

The two employees sent to help my wife and I were awesome. They arrived earlier than requested, were very professional and tended to our belongings as though they owned them. They were very polite, efficient and hard working. We called at the last moment as another vendor didn't show as we had booked earlier. I would highly recommend this company and plan to certainly use them again when we move into our new house within a few months.

We reserved a 26' truck but on the day we showed up, they had nothing available. We paid for it in advance and even got the guaranteed reservation email, but the customer service didn't seem to think that was there problem. After about an hour and a half of waiting at the Uhaul location, they told us they only had a 10' truck available. We were moving 3 bedrooms! That is not enough space. They sent us to a different location to pick up a 10' truck but didn't reimburse us for the inconvenience. We also had to make several trips from our old home to our new home when we were moving which was 2 hours away and had to pay more for gas and tolls.

I reserved a 26 foot U-Haul truck in Reno, NV for October 24th, 2020. The place I initially reserved it at didn't have one available, so I confirmed a location that had one 30 mins away for 630 am. I woke up at 5 am to get ready and go get the truck, the location changed over night, and the location it changed to didn't have it. After several phone calls and several hours, I confirmed a location that had one that was one hour away that afternoon.

The trucking company was very easy to work with, but the truck I ended up with should have already been retired. The steering was worn out and the engine was under powered.

I've moved pretty often in the past and I've always used Uhaul because it is super fast and easy. However, when I came in for check in Kennesaw, GA I was incorrectly charged a $60 deposit fee when I was specifically told I would not be charged this fee. I didn't know it, until I dropped the truck off for return at dealer location. The gentleman at the dealer location was so friendly and honest and made sure that I got my money back. Overall, I would say Uhaul is great to use but please be more careful about charging unnecessary fees. Thanks!

Difficult time getting the lock to unlock when I arrived the morning of my rental. No directions for working the lock were given.

Difficult time getting key to truck when I arrived at 8am. Unlocking the lock was a challenge bc it wasn't explained how the lock worked.

The U-Haul team was incredible. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, and this was after Budget dropped the ball on my truck rental and U-haul came through in a pinch and found me a 26-foot truck. Specifically, the Bel-Red store in Bellevue, WA, John Stevens at the MLK store in Seattle, Justin, the mechanic that covers Centralia to Portland who answered a random question for me at a gas station in Longview, and a woman on the phone who helped confirm the last minute booking. The entire team was absolutely phenomenal. I can't say enough great things. I will always use U-haul moving forward. Thank you team for flanking me and being by my side throughout the transition.

Truck was clean, well maintained, undamaged. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Went exactly the way you would want it to.

224/7 option to pick up was terrible for us. Took a hour to get truck and if it weren't for an employee that was in before the store opened, we would have been getting the truck 2 hours later.

lucked out- got a new truck!

Brand new truck was ready when and where I requested. It was clean and undamaged. The moving pads were equally clean. Check out and check in were smooth. The truck was bigger than I needed, but that was my choice. I wanted to give the helpers a break with packing and stacking my furniture and I didn't want to make 2 trips.
