The three gentlemen, from Gallaudet University, that helped us load our rental truck were wonderful!!!! They loaded the truck so that each space was minimized while ensuring that there would be no damage to the furniture during loading or transportation. They worked from the very first minute until the last not even taking a short break to get some water. I would definitely hire them in the future if I ever nead this service again. On a scale from 1, poor, to 5, great, I would give them a 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a great job! Our movers were even a few minutes early! Both young men were deaf but it was very easy to communicate with them. I was very impressed! I only wish we could have brought them with us,(4 hours away) to help us unpack! I would higher them again without any question! Thank you for your help! I know it was not an easy job moving all of that stuff from a 3rd floor apartment!

Two helpers were about 40 minutes late, apparantly due to traffic. They had tried to contact us repeadidly on their PDA to no avail. Began work immediately and in a word were "awsome"! Both were deaf, but communication (via notes and lip reading) was not a real problem. My concern was that the truck may not hold all our possessions. The gentlemen surveyed the truck, checked out our stuff, and with a thumbs up indicated we were OK. Everything fit w/room to spare. The loading was professional and both took care to ensure that our fragile items were not damaged. The job was completed in just under two hours. Kudos to both men!!

We had a very large (53 foot with a minivan) truck to unload. We had the crew of hearing impaired young men. At first I was a bit hesitant as I thought the language barrier might lengthen the process, but I was wrong. They were awesome and worked really hard, they had no problem with our heaviest furniture. Our truck driver was very impressed with them! Thanks for making a difficult job easier.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
I am typically on jobs during the day so it is easier for me to text new clients. If I don't hear back then I will give them a call as soon as I am available.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
I'd like to think we are fun and hard working bunch of guys. We enjoy this type of work and you'll notice that our attitude are mostly positive.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is packed and ready to go. Label every boxes and mark anything that is fragile. If there isn't plenty of street parking, reserve adequate space for moving truck or storage containers.
What types of moves have you handled?
We offer residential and commercial, for both local and long distance move.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and going to new places on a daily basis.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I have about 25 years experience in this industry and I personally train every crew members until I am confident they can go out on jobs without me.
