The gentlemen who helped us move into our third-story apartment were about 2 hours late to our appointment and a little tired due to the previous job taking longer and requiring more effort than anticipated. While one of the gentlemen made sure to keep me posted on when they'd be arriving and explaining the tardiness, they did inaccurately believe our job would take less than two hours. We had scheduled the movers for three hours, but then had to extend our time by an hour to finish unloading everything. They were kind, handled our belongings respectfully, and were extremely courteous to us.

Dan is an amazing man!!! It has been a while since I have seen someone work so hard. He was very kind efficient and helpful. He had a tough job moving all of my daughters belongings down 2 flights of steep steps along with numerous doors to maneuver through. Dan knew this would be the first step of moving our daughter to her new home. We needed to store her belongings for a month before she will be able to move into her new home. He took the time to teach us how to properly wrap furniture and took pictures of the different stages of packing the truck. We are prepared to pack a truck for the second move. He also remembered our daughter is graduating from college and took the time to wish her luck with her future. When he called before the move he told me not to worry he would make sure everything would be carried to the truck and the truck would get packed. He definitely delivered that promise.

Dan from Five Star Moving is amazing! he is a wizard when it comes to packing a POD. the amount of my stuff he got into the two PODS I ordered astounded me. we had a few hiccups with scheduling, but the fact he got it all in made it all worth it. I would recommend Dan for future jobs!

The Crew was very prepared and worked very hard to accomplish the task. They were very cautious of our house as well as the contents they were packing. They were also very effective in packing the pod. They worked neatly and cleaned up when finished. We were very pleased with their efforts and results. This was the second time we used the same team. We would have them back again.

Dan and Bill of Five Star Moving did an excellent job of unloading our UHaul rental. They arrived on time, with a truckful of equipment that streamlined the unloading process. They worked carefully and systematically, always inquiring about where our furniture and boxes should be placed and helping with suggestions as the need arose. We are very happy with their work, and we would certainly call on them again for other moving jobs. We definitely recommend them!
