We had a substitute “crew” as the originally scheduled crew was not available. They were 2 hours late. The gentlemen we had were very prepared and knowledgeable. They worked hard and meticulously until both PODs were packed. We would definitely use them again.

Napoleon, Tay and Brian were all incredible. They accommodated my request to arrive early the morning of the move (to the tune of 3 hours), showed up with all the equipment necessary (dolly, straps, floor/wall protection, etc.), and banged out the move with the quickness all while being gentle with our stuff. It had just snowed, and even though I told them not to worry about tracking in snow they were still wiping their feet multiple times while holding heavy boxes. On top of all that, they were just chill dudes in general. I'm so happy about the experience I'm about to email the site and ask their web developer to code in a sixth star for this crew. Five Star Moving is next level.
