Actual movers did a good job! Be aware, dont over book your time...no refunds! They never called and spoke with me regarding amount of stuff to move. Being a novice, how would I know how much time it would take. Took half the time and owner would not issue any refund!! I would not recommend this moving company!!!

when I requested from the concierge, I was told that the china would also be boxed up, they were not. If IO let them do it, I would have to waive it in case they got broke. This was my Great Grandmother china.

Highly recommend these guys!!!! They showed up right on time and ready to go! My time slot was 8-9 am and they called me at 8:01 am exactly telling me they were here! Baby Huey's moving did a wonderful job! The helpers are very friendly and nice. They carefully pack and handle your furniture. Expect to reserve more time for their packing work. They carefully remember and place the items in the correct room. Also, they keep your house clean and intact.

The movers actually arrived early, so I thought this would be a quick job. We asked them to move a king sized bed-frame (we disassembled & reassembled ourselves at our request), mattress, a sectional couch (we disassembled & reassembled ourselves at our request), three dressers, a 70" TV, TV stand, and 8 or 9 bookcases. They padded our items to make sure they would transport safely, but were not upfront with how long that would take. They did not transport any boxes; we did that ourselves.
It took almost three full hours for them to wrap these items and put them into their truck. It barely filled half of the 26' truck. It very much felt as though they were trying to pad the time, and ended up taking 4.5 hours to move just our furniture (I had booked them for 3 hours). The loading time felt very slow, and I think my husband and I could have moved it faster if we had just rented a U-Haul.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will reach out to provide you excellent service from start to finish. We will listen to your needs and act to get your move taken care of as smooth as possible
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call/text you in route to your location, set home protection down to ensure no damage to property. Disassemble your furniture/appliances. Blanket and shrink wrap them, load/unload, and full set up
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure if we need to bring any packing materials for tvs, lamps, glass tops, pictures/mirrors, or mattress covers. If not have everything off the tops of furniture. Put all important documents, money, jewelry in your car prior to our arrival, Put all personal items you want to move in one location/area

What training do you provide your crew members?
12 hours of packing with trainer, 12 hours of prepping furniture, and 6months minimum before they can become a driver/crew leader. Most of our crew leaders have been with us 5-10years.
