Very happy with the service provided

Customer service was excellent in both California and Florida. Some of our boxes fell while being transported but that was not the fault of the moving company. The retaining wall that was in the truck was difficult to use but we were able to get it taken care of. I would recommend this company as they are reasonably priced and our belongings were delivered within the time promised.

The trailer worked out fine and the people who we got the trailers from were the nicest people.

Personnel were knowledgeable, equipment was in good condition, and was delivered for loading and unloading when expected

I have used ABF for several moves. They do a really good job. The prices are cheaper than renting a truck and they do all the driving. It was perfect for us.

So far, my service with UPACK has been great. Very nice on the phone, not pressuring at all. I spoke with people from commercial moving companies and got >5 calls from a few companies...it was a little excessive! The UPACK truck came right on time, and everyone with whom I've interacted has been helpful and nice. Good price, too, compared to commercial trucks.

The whole U-Pack experience went smooth. The trailer arrived for packing when promised and arrived at destination terminal when expected. It took a couple days to get the trailer to the house as it seemed they were very busy on the destination end. The drivers were all friendly and professional. You do have to work much harder to pack your own goods and load/unload the trailer than a full-service mover, but the savings are considerable.

Trailer arrived on time. Booking was a snap. Picked up promptly. Delivered on time and the empty was gone the next morning. Only snag was billing. Long story, lots of hours on the phone with my bank because of an error in the terminal. Beyond that, easy as could be. My items arrived in perfect condition. In spite of having a team of bozos loading my goods, the delivery went smoothly. Wish I had the unloading team to pack.

Truck showed up when scheduled, driver was courteous and helpful in showing me how the ramp and barge doors worked, and the experience was a good one. I would recommend this method over a Uhaul anytime, and believe me, I've used Uhaul or their equivalent many times.

ABF Upack was great, they were on time dropping off the trailer, left it in a great location and picked it up just as swiftly. They online tutorials were incredibly helpful and the scheduling line was always very accommodating. We packed up our house and relocated to Phoenix where our trailer sat for about 3 weeks, once it was dropped off at our house everything was enact and had not been tampered with. Excellent experience all around,

ABF dropped off and picked in the same day and provided me with all the weigh tickets necessary for my PCS move. The customer service was great even when I had to call the driver back to move the trailer when they dropped it off at the storage unit.

Justin and Jason did a very good and efecient job for us, they had the trailor unloaded in the 2 hour time span that I had requested and time to put together my dining table. Thanks Fellas you did a great job. Del

It was difficult to get the trailer open and the contents seem to have shifted in transit.

We have used ABF for three separate moves. They make moving so much easier than having to hassle with driving a big truck. Each time we have used them, they have been no more expensive than a U-haul, but so much easier!

I was extremely happy with this company! Professional and helpful all the way! Accommodating if anything came up and with delivery rules of destination. Every person I dealt with was friendly and wonderful. Thank you for making this part of my move easy and smooth.

Overall good experience booking the ABF trailer. Booked online, and phone support was helpful. One of the best prices I found, and we just had to know to pack things tightly in the trailer so there would be minimal shifting. We would use them again.

ABF was very affordable and responsive to my rather dynamic moving process.

We used ABF to transport our household from Missouri to Texas. The booking process was easy and the truck was delivered on time. We were happy with the customer service to that point. After that, things went downhill. Our truck was scheduled to be picked up on a Friday, but somehow they forgot and left it sitting there an entire weekend. We were already on our way to TX. Thankfully, we had not sold our house yet and had family checking on things, so they notified us the truck was still there. We wondered how long it may have sat if nobody noticed. They promised us a $100 credit for the trouble, but we never got it. When our shipment was delivered to us in TX, it arrived in tandem with another trailer. The driver attempted to leave the wrong trailer at our new house, but thankfully we caught the error before he drove away. When backing up attempting to connect his truck to the other trailer, he almost knocked it over. Twice! He also blocked our neighbors mailbox with our trailer and had an attitude when I asked him to move the trailer down a few feet (and he was still hooked up, so it was no trouble just to hop back in the cab and back up a few more feet). When we opened our trailer, we discovered that the bulkhead had apparently given way at some point during the trip. Our stuff, which was well-packed & padded, had tumbled all over and most of our furniture was damaged. ABF refused to take responsibility since we had signed a contract which removed them from any liability. Basically, we loaded the truck so we are responsible. Never mind that their bulkhead failed. The contract says the bulkheads are not designed to take the weight of all your stuff....well, then they need to install new bulkheads because they should fit the purpose for which they are used. We ended up having to turn it in on our homeowner's insurance. We will never do business with them again.

Truck arrived on time and they were able to pick it up on the same day. It took a little bit of time to schedule everything and there was some confusion about Chicago city rules and laws when it came to the move that were a bit trying, but overall it was pretty easy.

Very easy to book. Shipping container arrived on time. Reasonably priced.

I booked over the phone. Customer Service was great, very helpful. Loading at point A was very easy to coordinate. I chose this company because it seemed to be the easiest and cheapest option for moving such a far distance under my particular circumstances. The truck driver at point B was not very helpful and somewhat of a jerk, but that is my only complaint. I would use them again moving a far distance.

Excellent. They worked har to park where I needed them too, even though access was tight. Clean container, good instructions.

I first got a quote online, and then booked over the phone. It was a fairly simple process to book the container. My experiences with pick up/drop off were also very positive. The drivers were very professional, and the container was in good condition. I chose this company because of the services they provided, online reviews, and pricing. I would definitely use them again.

The overall process was easy. Communication could have been better about drop-off and delivery days. This worked out well for our move, and the price was great.

Everything went smoothly without a hitch

Bulkhead assembly was not in good condition. Workers commented that trailer walls were weaker than they were accustomed to. customer service, though, was helpful and responsive.

I was expecting a low to the ground container, not a chest high tractor trailer which tore up the yard. The ramp was broken and unsafe, the interior was greasy so a lot of my stuff was ruined. And they didn't provide packing blankets. Not impressed.

ABF was absolutely awesome to work with. I would highly recommend.

It looked like the ABF driver went off-roading. Many things were damaged.

As of the date of this review, our possessions are still in storage.

Convenient but some of my stuff broke.

The truck took less than the time they originally told us, which was great! They delivered the truck in a timely manner and picked it up the same day after we unloaded!
