Very easy to work with. On time as promised and had no issues at all.

ABF UPack was great. Very helpful and great at communication. We had no problems at all.

Unloading company, UCall IHaul was excellent. Will use them again to move items from storage when we make final move from apartment to remodeled home.

They had promised to deliver the trailer between 8 am and noon on the drop-off date, but when I called I was told "they were running behind" but found out later from the driver that our delivery hadn't been scheduled and that they put it in only after I called to find out where it was.

As mentioned above I have just started my move. I will be happy to review again when complete, about mid-July 2014.

Everything that was contracted for was delivered on schedule without damage to my property and goods., Delivery of the empty trailer and delivery to the unloading site was on time. the equipment was is top condition.. the trucking company (Old Dominion) was first rate and the drivers and terminal Mgrs. were movet professional and obliging.

This is our second time moving with ABF UPack. The prices are reasonable, the drop off of the empties and pick up of the full trailers went as planned. We are pleased with their service and would definitely use them again, should the need arise. We recommend their services.

For ABF, their pickup service was good, but their delivery service was awful. Because my move was so long going all the way across the country, I was looking for something affordable. In that sense it was worth it. But for any move shorter, I would go with a company that works better with the clients and is more understanding.

Good Afternoon I have used your services back in 2013 that was a very successful move. So this time I did not hesitate to use your services again. We this time was not as successful as the 1st. This time the person that was used in Virginia was late and came with an under age person that was not a very good helper. Then once I got to Oklahoma the helpers here were scheduled for 3 PM but never showed and never called to advised. I finally called Hire A Helper after 2 hours.Hire A Helper contacted the movers and advised I would be contacted soon. When speaking to the agent with your company I was advised I would receive 5% off off each hour the movers were late. Well I asked the movers to reschedule for 06/07/14 because no time of arrival could be provided. On Saturday the movers came as scheduled 8 AM. As the trailer was being unloaded it was determined that the sofa, dining room table column, bench and pictures were damaged. I writing this complaint to go over compensation for all items damaged by the loaders. Easy to use, a lot less expensive than other companies, truck was clean, ramp was easy to use. I used 20 of the 26 feet available and was billed for only the 20 I used. Three day turn around from my loading in Denver and the truck arriving in Las Vegas. Highly recommend ABF this is my second move with ABF and I will use them again. Drop off and pick up when I asked for it, great experience.

ABF UPack trailer is a good way for a long distance moving.

Awful! Not a stick of my furniture made it, with 3 exceptions. Obviously the load had 'shifted' and there were pieces everywhere. Never again!

I love using ABF Upack for my moves but they really need to clean their trailers a little better.

Did a good job but took too long to pick up the truck after it was unloaded.

Our moving experience was easier than I expected. ABF was very accommodating and efficient. They kept us informed and they dropped off & picked up the trailers when we requested. The only problem that we had was that they said we would need one 28 ft trailer and we actually needed 1 and a half trailers.

Delivered trailer, video online on how load and use the ramp. Big trailer 26 feet, only paid for 20 ft. what I used. A lot cheaper than the alternatives I checked.

Process was easy. Always had a contact for anything I needed.

The Phoenix side of the load/experience was excellent. The St. Louis side of the experience was less then excellent. Customer Service was not as great as Phx - on the phone. The truck was running late and no one called to let me know this. This was not cool as I had hired help from 'Hire a Helper' to be there at a certain time.

I have had very good luck with ABF in the past and so far this move is going equally as well. Much easier and less expensive than other forms of moving.

ABF/U-Pack was the best way to move that we came up with. However, they did not go all the way to the small town in the mountains we were moving to. So, we were forced to hire another mover to unload our truck and move our belongings from Lexington to where we were moving to. Definitely not cool. I noted the ABF employees did not want to lift a finger to do anything and that included the corporate policy of not letting any other local movers take their trailers to the destination and return it after unloading. Surely they could find someone to trust enough to allow this.

I didn't like that for delivery they couldn't give me a time frame it was an all day delivery they would call about an hour before it gets here but it was here in 30 min.after the call. It's hard to get people to help if you don't have a time.

The moving container ABF sent was much smaller than we expected, but they were very helpful in helping us resolve the situation.

ABF was the most cost effective and fast delivery optiom. We are getting our stuff in 5 days with the guarantee delivery option, which gives us a big peace of mind. All other companies said it would take 2 weeks for our stuff to arrive. It remains to be seen if our stuff gets here ok, but so far I think ABF is a good service if you are looking to save a bundle on moving costs. If cost is not an issue, I would have preferred a full service moving company because you are only dealing with one vendor.

Delivered as promised and kept me posted on my delivery. Highly recommended and would use again in the future. UPack has good BBB review for a reason. You pay for what you get. They work with you on your schedule and deliver your stuff as promised. I had great experience with them.

I used Hireahelper movers and the 28' ABF trailer for my move. I SAVED ROUGHLY $4000.00 based upon quotes from moving companies. Use plenty of moving blankets for appliances etc....You'll be fine and save a boatload of money too!!

Both companies, Penske and ABF (U-Pack) were great. I have used them both in the past and will use them again if necessary. I recommend them to anyone moving.

The trailer was filthy and the driver knocked the mailbox.

I wish I could have brought Thunderhorse Movers with us to unload. Those guys busted their butts for us and are truly a class act. Thank You Thunderhorse Movers!!!!! 5 Star......no questions asked!

Trailer was in good condition and dropped of timely.

A little damage but overall a successful move. The timing worked out perfectly although they were a little slow to pick up the empty trailer (had to keep it over the weekend). But all-in-all a very good value.
