I would have spent less money if Upack provided the option to store the container before relocating the cube. I unfortunately had to pay twice because I temporarily stayed out of state trying to figure out if I wanted to live on the West Coast. After several months, I decided to go elsewhere; hence costing me more money than I would have preferred to spend. If there were more size options, that would great.

Great moving option for me, kept in touch, advised what I needed to do, arrived at destination on time. Called and advised when cube was empty and duly uplifted.

UPack was great! Also the attention in Florida was awesome. I wish I could say the same thing about their service in Connecticut which is why I'm not giving them a 5.

Trailer showed up on time, delivery truck driver was patient / worked with me for placing the trailer on the driver in the correct place.

Presently the cubes are still in my driveway; the company is running behind with pickups. My delivery driver was pleasant to work with. The cubes were loaded by a company in the Mid TN area, and that job was not well done. A number of items were broken upon delivery.

Great service, on time at both departure and arrival point and fit our schedule. Driver very helpful at pick up point with advice on packing and logistics of move.

This is the 2nd time I used ABF U-Pack CUBE service because my 1st experience was so positive! I, again received superior customer service from the initial phone call to the delivery of my cube, to the pick up of my cube. I highly recommend ABF-U-Pack - the customer service culture of this company is the best I've experienced in years! (Transportation from Florida to AZ, plus storage.)

Disconnects with the customer service value at service centers in the origin and destination areas. Spoke to a consultant they said didn't have to have a destination address it would just stay at the local service center, also told me same day delivery and pickup was something I could arrange if necessary. Once address was determined I was informed that it needed to transfer to another facility due to the address I chose, incurring an additional fee and 4 extra days (it was 25 minutes away). Also, no same day drop off and pickup could be arranged. This was needed as I was using a storage facility. The origin facility was better as I was able to arrange 2 hour timeframes for drop off and pickup and better plan. The destination stated no drop off until after noon, but ended up dropping items off early in the morning. I didn't get a text until hours later that it was dropped off, thus throwing things off as I had scheduled professional unloaders. My advice is to call the anticipated service centers a week or two beforehand to see what their capabilities are. Though the consultants may claim one thing the service center may not be able to. Also, unlike PODS you can't access the cubes while in storage so you would have to ship to an actual storage center if you want to be able to do that.

Cubes were a little smaller than expected but did the job. Customer service was amazing. Make sure you pay entire bill, not partial payment, or Upack pods will not be delivered. Drivers for delivery and pick up were also wonderful. I will recommend them all the time.

Great have recommended in this process, will use again for long moves

I was nervous about how much of my stuff was going to fit in the Relocube but thanks to my movers we managed to get a queen sized bed, desk, dresser, nightstand, coffee table, bar cart, tv piece, kitchen table, and all of my many boxes and pieces of luggage. I definitely wouldn't have been able to fit all of those things in by myself and to maximize the space it really helps to have movers who are "Tetris experts" and can figure out how to best use every last inch. But with the right movers, this worked splendidly!

UPack did a great job with our cubes - every step of the way they were on time, friendly, and professional. We took 2 weeks to pack the pods, then they were transported 800 miles, put in storage for 30 days, and then delivered to our new home after we arrived. Excellent customer service and easy to work with. Our pods made it safely to their destination.

Upack communicated well with me about having my cube dropped off and picked-up. Everything was right on schedule. No issues. Would definatley use them again - best way to move long distance.

ABF driver and dispatcher were helpful and explained their part in our move very well. The trailer was dropped in our driveway and then picked up after it was loaded, Very cost effective way to move when combined with a loading crew compared to renting a truck, having to pay for fuel and then having to drive the rental truck. the trailer was 28 feet in length and the cost is based on the footage used in the trailer. We used 25 ft of the trailer

An amazingly convenient service! They delivered the truck on time, let me keep it till I texted I was finished, (fri to rues) then picked it up. It arrived the first day they said it would, about a week later.

UPack worked for me. I had the time I need to pack and load. Thumbs up on the condition of cubes. I thought the price was ok. Customer service was excellent.

The cube arrived on time, was placed where I wanted it, and I expect it to be collected on time.

Upack was great; all went as planned except for the driver not bringing the promised ramp with the trailer at the destination. He brought it 90 minutes later.

We moved to Fl with upack and it was superior . This move back not so much . We put a lock on the truck which was com Pletely full and when it arrived the t locks had been cut off and the wall had been removed and the ramp had been moved to the inside of the was causing stuff to shift and damage some our furniture . There was no reason for the lock to be removed . Would not use again .

For the price can't complain--much cheaper than Pods. Outsource the local moving to local companies. Only move containers on business days, which can lengthen the timeline. Also require needing someone there for container delivery to sign. Their small container is much more maneuverable than the pods small container since they just use a forklift and don't need that silly platform rig on wheels that the pods company uses.

U Pack did exactly what they said they would and there were no surprises, unlike other container companies I have used.

The container was delayed due to lack of drivers, but otherwise service was excellent.

Very nice people to work with. My trailer was dropped off and picked up at the scheduled price. The driver was able to back the trailer into my driveway! No off street parking on divided road. I still don't know how he managed it!

I was very happy with the Relocube containers. We had all of our stuff in storage for about 5 months and it made the trip and storage no problem. My only complaint is that the cube was pretty dirty so definitely wrap all items

I am using a U-Pack Relocube for our move to Washington. Very happy and satisfied with them. Customer service is outstanding: I called several times to make changes and the representatives were always understanding, kind, and patient. On dropoff day Pat delivered my unit. He was great as well, very pleasant, explaining the process, and answering all of my questions. I'm very happy that I decided to use U-Pack!!

Everything went smoothly & unloading pod driver was excellent.

ABF was pleasant and efficient at every step, offices, drivers, delivery crew.

Good communication and everything on time.
