This is the second time I've hired Pods to move and store my furniture the first time from MA to FL. This time in FL it was stored in Jacksonville. I worked with Carlos who went above and beyond in taking my order, checking sizes and availability of pods as well as packing supplies such as blankets and large furniture bags. I ordered a 16 ft. pod and then an 8ft. pod as backup just in case which was definitely used. The drivers of both pods were very courteous and very efficient. If you have never seen a pod moved from a truck to the position it will be in is quite a thing to see. It definitely takes know-how and finesse by the drivers. I received several updates when the pods would be delivered and picked up. I then received a call from the driver when he was leaving from his previous destination to provide a time of arrival. In the case of the 8ft. pod, the driver called to ask if he could come early to pick up as he had several orders cancelled so he could arrive at my house earlier than what my order was for. I said "No, I wasn't ready" as I was trying to get my washer and dryer unhooked and moved into the garage as I didn't receive confirmation from the buyers' realtor that they wanted the two items so I was going to take them with me. I kiddingly said "you can come early if you can help me move the washer and dryer" to which Buck the driver replied "I am on my way". He was able to come quite a bit earlier which turned out to be great as my daughter and I were having problems unhooking the water line from the washing machine connection. We already had removed the dryer and put it in the garage. Thank you very much Buck for your assistance which is very much appreciated. We definitely would have made you late to the next order if you had come on time. We helped each other which worked out for both of us as you were still able to keep to an earlier schedule and we had help removing the washer. Much thanks Buck!

My only complaint is that they wanted to charge me for asking for a specific time which I needed as I was moving in to a brand new building that had a lot of moves scheduled. Therefore I didn't get my container pick up when needed.

Second time I used Pods. They are incredibly well run and responsive. My one complaint is that they were supposed to contact the facilities manager instead of me for the Pod placement upon delivery. Everything worked out but I was a little bit frustrating

The most convenient way to move, only thing is to be cognizant about the city move. They do provide just a limited window to move your stuff in a city and have a hefty price after the allotted hours. Other than that much better option than driving a big truck yourself. Will definitely use it again.

They left the pod facing the wrong way which made it difficult for the move to unload it.

PODS worked very well for the move. Packing and securing the load was very important to prevent items from shifting during transit especially items loaded last that were near the door. If these items shift it can be very difficult to open the container when it arrives. The PODS drivers delivering the PODS did a very good job of handling the driveway and hilly terrain in the area. We had a total of 5 PODS (16ft each) in the move, the PODS scheduling system was easily set-up and very easy to track. Pick-up and delivery were always on time.

PODS was exceptional. Accurate on dates! Could do better if they give options for drop off and pick up windows within the day when scheduled.

Everything was on time and as explained. Online booking process was excellent, great support and premium service.

So far we have not completed our move. We are going to use their storage and make the final move when our house is completed. The move will be around 2000 miles.

The person that dropped off our pod did not drop off smoothly. It was lowered on a severe angle and bounced a few times. When we opened the pod the strap was loose and items were moved. Upon unloading some items were broken including an antique cabinet.

They were very good about letting me know when they were coming. Only had a issue with my delivery because of snow and ice in drive way... and my lawn got tore up a bit.. not their fault... it was slippery with first snow.
