PODS were delivered and picked up as scheduled. The company was also very flexible about making changes in both drop off and pickup dates.

A 16' PODS was delivered and picked up after loading. We can't really review PODS yet, as it hasn't been transported or delivered yete.

Simple and affordable. Those claiming to be the least expensive were twice the price. Very easy to schedule.

Worked really well for us for a small move (items of parent's estate). Their online system is easy to use and they keep you up-to-date.

We used PODs to moved from Seattle, WA to coastal South Carolina. 13 years ago and to move back to Seattle area this month.

My review is for Hire a Helper and the exuberant "service fees that they do not disclose to you over the phone for the movers. It is not good business practice.

It's a great way to move across country for a good price.

My PODS unit is in transit so don't know how what contents will look like when they arrive. The PODZilla truck and frame were effective in siting the unit.

I trust and rely on PODS. They've been my company 6 times back and forth acrocss the country. I think they're reasonably priced and provide contacts with loading help. They're always great on the phone making arrangements.

POD was delivered on time

Container packing is wonderful, nothing gets lost. It is more expensive than some other options, so consider how much you really need to move. also, delivery of empty and full container can be challenging depending on where you have available for placement.

This was the most convenient and affordable option I explored when moving. The truck and trailer were all clean and in working order. PODS made booking easy and was always available to answer my questions. I would definitely use them again. They helped make the stress of moving feel much more manageable.

I like PODS concept. After speaking with CS to order my PODS, basically sharing with them what I was planning to move their algorithm got it RIGHT! I had 2 PODS. 1 was a 12ftX16ft & the other was their small POD 12ftX8ft. I hired some loaders and then on the flip side I got CJ & Mall. They were Awesome!!!

Very good. Costs have gone up since first used, but what hasn't.

Disappointed in PODS as they did not include moving blankets that I had purchased through their service. POD was not placed as requested. The pod itself was easy to load and secure

The PODs people have been very accommodating they work with you through all of your changes while you are trying to get your move done.

Absolutely terrible! They never showed up to pick up the pod, and it damaged the garage of a neighbor! It's still sitting here in my apartment complex with no explanation! Sad!

Affordable and flexible moving

So far, so good. They dropped the pod off when they said they would. I still need it picked up and transported to the new place.

Too many reschedules

After 4 years in storage my 16' POD finally had a place to be unloaded. I was very apprehensive of the condition my property and goods would be after so long. Everything was in great shape, the POD was like new, no damage, no water had leaked in, no odd or stale smell. I was very pleased. The customer service was outstanding at all levels. I've used PODS for 3 of my moves across country and would definitely use the again.

Wished that PODS offered another larger size POD. We went with the largest size POD but could've used an extra-large POD. Overall, the POD was clean and operational. My only problem with the POD logistics, is they should calculate door to door mileage and not from their regional centers. We moved only one county away but that changed the POD distribution center which put us over the 50 mile distance and we were considered Long Distance move.

Showed up to drop off and pick up when they said they would. Would use again

good service, but it took a week to transport our pods from Colorado to New Mexico, so that was much too long of a wait. Based on that I would not use pods for the next move.

Average because the East Coast arm of PODs had multiple customer failures and west coast PODs did an outstanding job.

Would get better review if they had brought the blankets I purchased. Instead we had to scramble to buy blankets and I had to use personal blankets which were all ruined with tape and rolling thru the mad. I called and not only asked for my money back but compensation for spending 3 times the amount for the blankets we had to purchase last minute. We got our money back but PODS just apparently ignored my other request for additional compensation. Pods did come in reasonable shape. I’m not sure if they were kept inside during to tropical storm because everything was moist from humidity.

I would definitely use PODS for any future moves, it was easy & fun to see how this method works.

They worked with me every step of the way. Only 1200 square feet in a two bedroom home but packed with museum pieces and lots of heavy furniture.

I have used PODS several times to move when I had time in between locations. In this instance, I moved from Connecticut to Utah but spent 2 months traveling the country in between.

Was pretty flexible and communicated well. Would be better to have a tracking system to know when Pod will arrive, instead of having a large window.
