PODS cancelled my pod delivery at my loading location at the last moment. And based upon the damage to my goods, they were not very gentle with the POD

On time on pick up & delivery. A futon was damaged in the move.

We had difficulty obtaining a POD but that was due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

PODS has picked up our items - and has not yet delivered as that time will be next week. They have been great in accommodating our needs.

The pod delivery at house was tight quarters and low trees. They were careful as they could be. Sometimes pods are tilted at angles as they are raised and lowered. Contents can shift..

When I realized I had ordered the wrong size POD, they were quick at picking it up and bringing me the correct size.

This is the 3rd time I have used PODS and I have never had a problem. The delivery drivers are always friendly and careful when situating the POD and arrive on time.

Nate (Nathaniel Carr) was excellent. He assisted us and was mindful of the time so we wouldn't get charged extra. He showed us how to work the lift and also helped get the items to the lift in addition to ourselves

Lived up to our expectations

There are two pickups at each location (the move-from location and the move-to location). PODS has met their scheduled time/date for one of the four. The PODS container has been empty and sitting in my driveway for four days now and I just received an email saying that it won't be picked up for another five days. I am not sure if it is coincidental that the first delivery was the only one that was on time, but it sure feels like once they have you locked-in to their business, they no longer care. Also, their customer service is a call center overseas with no ability to transfer to someone who can actually help. That is anything but service.

Would definitely use them again

The PODs company was very dependable always on time for dropping off and picking up containers.

Timely and clean POD delivery everything so far has gone without incident.

A very favorable experience...good communication and the move went as planned. PODS were clean and easy to load. Online customer service generally worked very well. We would use them again.

Didnt show up on the day it was supposed to be delivered. created problems for the people doing the unloading (but the loaders rocked their job)

Really liked working with them. They were helpful and flexible. My only issue is that there pricing structure and how they describe it is complicated. Because I had 3 pods on 3 days, I kept getting bill after bill and email after email.

I appreciated the flexibility in changing dates, having multiple pod delivery dates, and relying on short term storage

PODs was great! Definitely saved some money using them. Only negative was container was not available at agreed upon time and paid movers to wait for its access.

I wasn't sure about Pods, but this has been one of my best moving experiences!

So far excellent. The truck arrived on time with a very friendly driver. Watching the truck move the POD to the space was a real experience. Now we wait for the POD to be delivered to the new location. Will need to review again.

POD arrived during the time allocated, driver (Jeff’) spotted the unit exactly where we wanted it, all done smartly and quickly. Impressive.

So far so good! Haven't received the POD yet to new address, but the loading went very smoothly.

PODs is an excellent alternative to hiring a moving company to get your personal goods cross country. The PODs personnel online, telephone, and truck delivery drivers were all very friendly, professional, and kept in communication with us the entire journey. If I had one thing that was not perfect would be the billing which got alittle mixed up between the two PODs we ordered. I had to follow-up to insure the that the second POD would be delivered on the date I requested as that information was dropped off the original order. All was immediately corrected and the POD was delivered on time.

When the dropped of the pod to fill, they were a few hours outside the delivery window, but they picked it up on time. They also arrived on time at the destination.

POD delivery etc were excellent but storage box had no ropes etc to tie down goods.

The PODS were delivered when scheduled - transported across the country in a timely fashion and delivered to our storage facility when promised.

Flexible with drop off date and pick up circumstances. Applied discounts when able. Helpful recommending local movers familiar with loading and settling characteristics of the container. Storage cost after the main move (included in quoted total cost below) was excessive and necessitated a subsequent local move into a more affordable ground storage location.

Everything was on time. Great communication the whole time.
