Simple, ubiquitous, and easy enough. Just check the contract to make sure it matches the truck (fuel, mileage, etc.)!

Transportation was not provided by the moving company.

The truck rented was good and spacious enough to get the job done at an affordable price. The move was one of the cheapest local moves I've done within the past several years. The rental process was also quick and easy.

truck was stuck in mud, had a flat tire and was unable to pick up truck much later then planned.

They saved my life. Budget rental is garbage. Should have went with U-Haul to begin with, but thankfully they had trucks available and was able to pick one up and keep it until the job was done, despite the mismanagement of Budget.

Android app would not work for self serve rental (could not fix my location), but web site did. Otherwise, an easy and convenient rental.

The only factor that was not excellent was the unavailability of a 20 foot truck which had been reserved. 26 foot truck replacement was bigger than needed and rougher ride.

Uhaul process was smooth & easy. The pick up and drop off was effortlessly.

The truck used for our cross country move was new but we discovered the windshield wipers were broken in the middle of a rainstorm.

We always use UHaul. We rarely have issues and when we do, they are quick to fix it.

Don’t use Budget. I went to pick up the truck from Budget with my confirmation number. They said they didn’t have one that size for over a week. They offered me one 4 ft shorter which wouldn’t fit our items. I asked for the larger truck sitting outside and they said it was reserved. What about my reservation? She just said sorry I don’t have one. Customer service said they would find one for me and asked how far I was willing to drive. They put a rush request in and no one called me back. U-Haul across the street took care of us immediately.

No issues or concerns. The equipment used was great.

The U Haul staff where I rented the truck were very helpful.

Quick and easy to reserve the truck. The website is very clear and understandable. The renting location was very personable and professional. The online registration made it easier and quicker at the U-Haul office.

great i would use them again

Rented a 10 ft truck. It struggled a little with uphill Pittsburgh roads, but was otherwise fine. The AC and other interiors were fine. It did it's job.

The truck was good. Started with a check-engine light on, but it went off and the truck had no issues for the trip.

The vehicle had high mileage, but it ran well and pulled the vehicle trailer like it wasn't there. . The U-Haul app process is kind of a pain but I had a corporate store in my hometown where I was able to talk to a real person get what I needed. The app needs help.

Big Boy Helpers got the truck and moved my stuff for me. It was great not having to do this on my own.

This was an in-town move. I used the U-haul at 1520 NW Quimby St, Portland, OR 97209. The people there were kind. And on moving day, with everything to do - they got me in and out super fast. The use of the truck was affordable, and everything was clean and in good working order.

Uhaul truck rental was excellent, well maintained 20' truck.

Had a lot of trouble with U-Haul corporate securing a 26' trailer. Finally High Desert Rentals (Private), Janelle Painter found and secured a 26' truck the day before my move. She is fantastic!!!

They were helpful and professional

The Uhaul Truck Rental service was great. I was able to rent the truck, (which took about 45 minutes longer than I thought) drive off the lot, and start the moving process.

this 26' truck was good. it drove fine. U-haul did change the pick-up location several times, which was inconvenient. but, in all, i had a positive experience.

The sweet lady at check out asked me where we were moving and based on that added extra miles for free and an extra day for free!!!
