I was supposed to have the truck at 8am. It was given to me at 12:30 pm. Most of my help had gone home by then. Just a mess.

Changed pick up location day before. Had to drive 15 miles out of way and then the location was not even open. Trouble with app trying to check in. Got charged extra at drop-off even though we were within the agreed time frame.

The 26 foot truck was not safe to drive on the interstate. The driver side mirrors were taped to hold them together. But after 5 minutes on the interstate the tape broke loose. With the truck already loaded at a cost of $600 and another crew who I had already paid to unload at the new home made no sense to return and unload. The front tire tread was also so minimal I would not have taken the truck if rain was predicted. As it was when returning the empty truck I was cut off and the front tires skidded as a result.

Great truck. Several of the UHAUL stores in Virginia were very willing to help. The communication with UHAUL as a company is a little tough, They need to improve their website to make changes easier. But all in all, they were good to work with.

I rented the cargo van. He was a great van and had a full tank of gas this time. The ride was smooth and comfortable.

I rented the 26' with car transporter. After paying almost $300.00 the truck was on a 1/4 of the tank. I'm traveling out of town and the first thing I had to do is fill a huge truck with expensive gas. Horrible!!!

We used a 10ft for a studio apartment move form Louisiana to Dallas. Long drive, used the back roads because we didn't want to drive 70-75 mph. Expensive though.

The staff was helpful and friendly but they forgot my pads and promised to credit them to me and so far that hasn't happened.

No issue with pick-up or drop off, truck ran great for the 2k miles trip.

Due to the move not being completed on Saturday, U-Haul allowed me to keep the truck until later on Sunday and only charged me 1 day.

Pick up and drop off locations were a bit inconvenient. Pick up location staff was super friendly and helpful. Drop off was closed when dropping off so didn't have any interaction, but did have to call to find the key drop box. Eventually found it on my own, but never received a call back.

They jumped in last minute as Budget Truck Rental informed me that they couldn't get a car trailer for us. And they informed us 12 hours before the move!

Had to drive too far to pick up truck when there were many other providers closer to our homes.

Once again, Uhaul got the job done! I wish I would've done some more research on my local Uhaul options, though, as I needed a truck rental to get my belongings from my apartment to my storage unit 11 miles away. Unfortunately, the Uhaul closest to my apartment only allowed same-location drop-off, so I had to double my mileage just to return an empty truck (as opposed to past experiences where I've picked up closer to my starting point and dropped off closer to my endpoint). Costs like mileage, coverage, and miscellaneous taxes, fees and surcharges brought the advertised base price of $19.95 up to a total cost of $80.86. Grand scheme, the total price isn't bad – I just wish the cost didn't quadruple throughout the process. Still though, nothing makes me feel powerful like trading my tiny compact car for a big ol' Uhaul for the day!

Great team. Dave Boske was friendly and set me up with a truck when I needed one. I had ordered a 20 foot truck but some clerical issue happened, and I wound up with a 15-footer. Ultimately, it didn’t matter because everything still fit in the truck.

Trucks have always performed as expected. Courteous staff.

2 days before we were to pick up our truck a UHaul rep called to say we would have to drive 30 miles to get a truck because one was no longer available locally. Upon calling the regional dispatch supervisor one was located locally. Very upsetting 2 days before to get a call with complications. And appreciate the supervisor making it right.

Truck was fairly clean and most of the U-Haul Staff I dealt with were courteous and professional!

We have used U-haul truck rental twice now, and are very pleased with the service.

UHaul makes moving easy and affordable. This was the 2nd time I have used one of their trucks to move.

Last minute changed my truck to smaller size. I had to work hard to get it corrected. You MUST review the photos they use to assess potential damage. Take and upload your own photos.

Uhaul was friendly and fast to pick up.

10-ft truck worked out perfect, low mileage and clean. Change of pick-up location was made the night before by U-Haul via e-mail. New location did not have any moving blankets that I requested, but they removed the charge. Online confirmation of truck condition (with photos), mileage and gas tank level prior to leaving with equipment was a good process for both the transportation company and me. Documentation on the rental contract showing exactly how many gallons of gas was needed to bring it back up to starting level was very helpful.

Had to drive 30 miles to collect the truck, instead of the reserved pickup location that was 2 miles away. Arrived to find truck with check engine light on. Was told my options were to move with the check engine light on or cancel the move since no other trucks of the same size were available within 100 miles.

The truck was great with less than 50k on the odometer. The car dolly not so much. the ratchet assemblies were rusted and the straps worn. Made it difficult to ratchet down the car
